Our team handled everything from catering and sound to field games and logistics—keeping the vibe relaxed, organized, and fully equipped for a memorable day in one of the most well-loved Los Angeles parks for company picnics. This is our third year producing the YMCA 2025 Healthy Kids Day: A Day of Play for LA at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, a major youth outreach and health fair event in Los Angeles. Once again, we provided everything from start to finish, offering full-service event planning that covered all the event services and entertainment. From sports-themed activities designed to keep kids active and engaged, to providing vendor/sponsor tents, water stations, surround sound, stage setup, and all necessary equipment—if it was there, we provided it. No third parties. No juggling vendors. Just one all-inclusive package that delivered more bang for the buck. The YMCA keeps bringing us back because we make it easy to create an impactful, community-focused event that brings families from all over Greater Los Angeles together for a healthy, active day of play. For Connexity’s company picnic at Mar Vista Recreation Center in Los Angeles, we crafted an immersive summer camp experience that was both engaging and memorable. Our all-inclusive event package featured delicious camp-inspired foods like BBQ chicken sliders with coleslaw, corn dogs, and grilled corn on the cob, along with fun treats such as strawberry funnel cakes, freshly popped popcorn, and shaved ice. We also set up a tented beverage bar offering lemonade, sweet tea, filtered water, and an adult beverage bar with beer and wine. The entertainment included our Deluxe Field Day Games package, packed with high-energy team-building games led by our interactive hosts, which brought everyone together for some friendly competition. A dunk tank added an extra splash of excitement, while an arts and crafts station allowed attendees to make friendship bracelets and tie-dye items as keepsakes. Connexity’s team enjoyed a day of bonding and fun in a relaxed, well-equipped park setting perfect for this 100-person event.

For the Kids Olympics at Hillcrest Country Club in Los Angeles, we brought our Olympic Field Games Package to life. The day was filled with high-energy competitions, including custom sports and field games tailored to the venue and age group. Our vibrant, comical host led the events, ensuring the kids had an unforgettable experience. The Olympic field game package included a custom backdrop, a 3-tiered rostrum, and a prize station for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal winners. We had the privilege of being the company picnic planner for APLA Health's Staff Picnic at Griffith Park in Los Angeles for 300 people. Their all-inclusive company picnic package featured our award-winning onsite BBQ catering, an exclusive field day games package, yard games, and our 3-in-1 Sports Center. It was an unforgettable time filled with team building, high-energy activities, socially interactive games, and morale-boosting fun. We have been the official event planner for the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising's graduation party for the last 20 years. We provide comprehensive event planning services, utilizing our own in-house inventory and team of experienced entertainers. This includes event entertainment, games, competition stations, beverage stations, tables, stages, photo op areas, and satellite sound. When CBS Viacom in Studio City, Los Angeles contacted us to rent our Giant Operation Game Table for their show, we didn't know it was going to take center stage on their Daytime Emmy Award-winning talk show The Talk! We were honored to support the Special Needs Network this past summer with an incredible Youth Outreach Event at JPAC (Joe Patton Academy Camp) in Los Angeles. This special day brought together over 300 children with special needs and their siblings for a fun, safe, and engaging summer camp experience. As part of their week of programming, our team was invited to provide a full lineup of interactive sports activities designed specifically with safety and accessibility in mind. We provided a full-service experience for approximately 80 people, creating a custom themed picnic that catered to a mixed crowd of both adults and children. With our in-house services, including our onsite catering team and kitchen, we served up a delicious spread that fit the Summer Camp theme, from kid-friendly options to gourmet adult favorites. The entertainment was just as dynamic, with a variety of interactive event activities like our signature field games, a fun-filled Sports Zone, and a dedicated Adult Fun Zone for some lighter competition and socializing. Our team took care of all the details, ensuring everything was organized and seamlessly executed, from the catering to the games, creating an atmosphere that truly felt like a retreat. This is a community health fair outreach event for the YMCA of Greater Los Angeles that we did at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for 2,500 people. This Los Angeles event was held on Saturday, April 22, from 10:00am-1:30pm. We provided all the event planning services for this health fair event, which included the entertainment, all rentals, sound, stage and interactive activities & entertainment. Street Fair Planning in North Hollywood |2023 Vegan Fest Turnkey Entertainment & Ticketing3/26/2023 Street fair planning in a city like Los Angeles requires more than just vendors and foot traffic—it takes a coordinated approach to logistics, entertainment, crowd flow, and revenue systems. At the 2023 Vegan Street Fair in North Hollywood, we brought it all together. From a streamlined ticket sales system to show-stopping attractions and crowd-friendly entertainment, we delivered a full-scale production that kept guests engaged and vendors thriving. With over 80 vegan food vendors, live music, and interactive attractions, this North Hollywood street festival was a standout success in the SoCal event calendar. The Vegan Nights Street Fair is a community event that takes place between Chandler Blvd and Tujunga Ave. in North Hollywood, California for two nights in October. Food Trucks and Vendors line the streets of Chandler and Tunjunga with delicious vegan delectables. There's craft and clothing vendors selling vegan products as well carnival booths, inflatables, games and music. We provided the entertainment and peripheral rentals you see for this prestigous fashion college's graduation celebration event for their students in sunny Los Angeles. The 2022 Los Angeles Vegan Street Fair took place on Saturday March 26 & Sunday March 27, 2022 and we provided the tables, tents, chairs, sound, stage, custom graphic signs, bouncers and interactive entertainment for the entire event that last two days on the streets of North Hollywood between Chandler and Tunjunga. This 70’s-themed corporate Christmas party at the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles brought serious style and energy. Indoors, guests hit the light-up dance floor while the DJ kept the grooves spinning. Outdoors, we set the stage with a full-service bar, an impressive buffet spread, and the highlight of the night: our exclusive Game Show Mania—a fast-paced, interactive game show experience hosted by the ever-charismatic Tim Ward. From the first round to the final buzzer, the energy was off the charts and the competition kept guests fully engaged. On Saturday, September 14, 2019, our team provided full service health fair planning in South Gate, Los Angeles, transforming the parking lot of a local medical and dental facility into a fully immersive, community-focused event for approximately 250 attendees.
