Corporate Carnival Picnic Planning at The MET in Costa Mesa: Catering & Games for 700 People6/27/2024
We had the privilege of organizing a team building luncheon with a carnival-theme at The MET in Costa Mesa for McCarthy Cook, hosting over 700 people. We set up traditional carnival games alongside modern adult games to create a socially dynamic, interactive atmosphere for the adults. In addition to the entertainment, their all-inclusive team building luncheon package featured our catering with a delicious menu including our award-winning Tri-Tip and renowned pulled BBQ chicken sliders. Vegan options such as savory stuffed bell peppers and vegan dogs, alongside sides like three-bean BBQ baked beans and fresh-cut mixed green salad, were also enjoyed, all prepared onsite in our state-of-the-art pop-up kitchen. Surround sound, decor, tables, chairs, tents, booths, and servers—all were included in the package, ensuring no detail was overlooked, and creating cherished moments that boosted morale and corporate culture. Here's a highlight video showcasing our corporate carnival picnic planning at The MET. We had the pleasure of providing the event rentals for the Orange County March of Dimes at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, CA. The vendor tents, tables, signs, audio visual services, inflatables and large presentation stage was all produced by us at this event with 10,000 people in attendance. Winter-Themed Rentals at OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa for Winter Fest Candy Cane Carnival12/25/2016
We had the honor of providing a lot of our winter-themed rides & attractions for the Winter Fest Community Candy Cane Carnival at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa. This season, Costa Mesa is rewriting the winter narrative as Orange became the new white. Nestled within the OC Fairgrounds, Winter Fest is carved out a fresh winter tradition for their community event, blending the warmth of a carnival atmosphere with a frosty, exhilarating twist. The attendees had to brace themselves for the for heart-pounding ice tubing and graceful ice skating adventures. As the day turned to night, there was a daily cascade of faux snow, setting the stage for the perfect seasonal photo op. For those who were tired of the same old holiday entertainment, it seems Santa granted their wish this year. |
