Open to the entire community, this family-friendly event typically draws over 1,500 attendees, offering something for both adults and children to enjoy.

Their all inclusive pacakge included — tents, tables, chairs, and a surround sound system—we provided a stage for presentations and all the entertainment. This included our Field Games Package, rides, inflatables, obstacle courses, and more, ensuring there was nonstop fun for everyone.

We had the pleasure of planning a company picnic for 500 people at Ted Craig Regional Park in Fullerton, California. The event was held at the Ted Craig Shelter, where our expert catering team grilled a mouthwatering BBQ lunch onsite. The client selected our Economy Catering Package, which included 1/3 lb Angus burgers, grilled 100% beef hot dogs, a full condiment bar, a variety of sides, and refreshing beverages to keep everyone fueled throughout the day.

For entertainment, we created a dynamic lineup of activities that offered something for everyone. The sports area featured soccer, basketball, baseball, and football, transforming the space into a lively midway of games. Traditional wooden carnival booths with exciting prize games added to the festive atmosphere, bringing classic carnival vibes to this memorable company picnic.
