SDSU Aztec Nights is a college carnival event that runs for two nights at the San Diego State University campus in their Campanile Walkway, a paved Campus Mall for the students. Each carnival night showcased a unique theme and corresponding entertainment, creating an engaging atmosphere. This event is free to university students, serving as a social gathering that fosters connections among students who might not have crossed paths otherwise. Brea Fest is a community fundrasier to support local art programs in Brea, California. The City of Brea puts on this spectacular street fair at the Brea Cultural Center with a spread of delicious foods and fun-filled entertainment for families to enjoy together while raising money for a local cause. We were invited to bring 4 of our most tasty dishes from our corporate BBQ catering menu to serve to the community in our custom food vendor tents. The activity area focused on low-liability games that allowed each child to participate at their own pace, with staff nearby to assist when needed. Families stayed close, stepping in, encouraging, and sharing those moments throughout the day. All-inclusive company picnic production with carnival games, inflatables, catering, and interactive entertainment at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CaliforniaWe produced a carnival-themed summer company picnic for AEG at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, with more than 600 guests in attendance—a mix of all ages from young to old. It had a nostalgic carnival midway feel, with old wooden carnival booths and games, hanging prizes, fun carnival foods, and colorful inflatables, and still kept the company picnic spirit with our team-building field games, full catering spread, table games, yard games, and sports activities all working together for AEG employees and their families. With the event taking place in the summer, keeping people cool and comfortable was part of the all-inclusive package, with plenty of seating, shade, misting fans, and cold beverage stations available throughout the day, along with a full stage and surround sound for announcements and presentations. From the moment guests walked through the balloon entry, it felt like stepping into an immersive carnival with something happening for every age. |
