We had the privilege of providing the event rentals, tables, chairs, stage, pipe & drape and audio equipment for a private corporate event at the Saleen Automotive Warehouse in Corona, California. With our event rentals we transformed their warehouse into their corporate event venue which not only saves money on venue costs from other locations, but it also personalizes the event by having it directly in the facility where they want to showcase their products. This is waterfront company picnic at the Newport Dunes in Newport Beach for approx 150+ people. There was catering, adult focused entertainment and picnic table sets with umbrellas. This company picnic was right in the marina, beautiful setting, lots of social interaction and delicious food.  Planning a company picnic at Wardlow Park in Long Beach for 150 PS2 Inc. employees in July 2023 was all about embracing the "Summer Camp" theme. With wide-open green spaces, a baseball field, and plenty of room to spread out, Wardlow Park was the perfect venue to bring that nostalgic camp spirit to life. We rolled out our Field Day Games, adult picnic activities, and full-scale arts & crafts center, all while serving up a delicious BBQ catered lunch right at the park, prepared by our amazing chefs. It was a day full of laughter, connection, and memorable moments for the entire crew. For the past 15 years we have had the honor of being the community event planner for the City of Brea Parks & Recreations 4th of July Celebration. Every year, Brea's Country Fair 4th of July community celebration is at at City Hall Park in Brea, California. All the event entertainment, sound, tables, chairs, tents and other event rentals were provided by us to make this community event a successful one. This event has rides, inflatables, interactive challenges, community vendor booths, live music and an annual pie eating contest! The city of Brea is truly a remarkable community full of fun, good-natured people who love to celebrate the birth of their nation every 4th of July. Our client wanted a fun, outdoors, 4th of July social event for their country club in Long Beach, California with entertainment that was socially engaging for this community of adults and their families. This is a golf course country club so the country club wished to have some golf-theme activities added in as well. Whenever we put together a community event like this we ALWAYS take into consideration the age and demographic of the guests attending. This was an outdoor social event for an active-adult lifestyle community and their families. We chose event entertainment for the adults that would be appealing to country club golf members and their families, which included children of all ages. |
