We had the honor of providing a lot of our winter-themed rides & attractions for the Winter Fest Community Candy Cane Carnival at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa. This season, Costa Mesa is rewriting the winter narrative as Orange became the new white. Nestled within the OC Fairgrounds, Winter Fest is carved out a fresh winter tradition for their community event, blending the warmth of a carnival atmosphere with a frosty, exhilarating twist. The attendees had to brace themselves for the for heart-pounding ice tubing and graceful ice skating adventures. As the day turned to night, there was a daily cascade of faux snow, setting the stage for the perfect seasonal photo op. For those who were tired of the same old holiday entertainment, it seems Santa granted their wish this year. This is a formal corporate holiday party for 370 people in Aliso Viejo, California. The corporate holiday party event took place at the client's place of business, in their warehouse. We're good at a lot of things when it comes to corporate holiday party planning but one of our most coveted talents is how we can take an ordinary warehouse and transform it into a corporate venue space.  We helped with the planning and coordination of this winter wonderland corporate holiday party in Carlsbad, California, with a guest list of 160+ people. The event unfolded within a spacious 40' x 20' pristine white tent, carefully and thoughtfully decorated with different lighting effects to achieve the exact aesthetic and ambiance envisioned by the client.  This was a small, intimate corporate holiday party for 500 people that took place inside our client's cross fit gym. We transformed their corporate business space into a company holiday party and incorporated a lot of the brands elements into the overall design during the transformation. We're masters at transforming an office, warehouse, or even a CrossFit gym into the ultimate corporate holiday party destination, all while keeping the holiday event budget in check.
