YMCA Community Health Fair Event for 2,500 People at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum

This is a community health fair outreach event for the YMCA of Greater Los Angeles that we did at the ​Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for 2,500 people. This Los Angeles event was held on Saturday, April 22, from 10:00am-1:30pm.  We provided all the event planning services for this health fair event, which included the entertainment, all rentals, sound, stage and interactive activities & entertainment.

​Healthy Kids Day is the YMCA’s national initiative to improve the health and wellbeing of kids and families.  This is  a community-based event that celebrates making fitness fun and introduces kids and families to an array of YMCA programs and community resources that encourage them to stay active, connected and healthy.  We provided all the event rentals and interactive activities for this event. 

We carefully selected a variety of activities for this event, ensuring they were safe and enjoyable for attendees of all ages. Given the strict regulations governing inflatable structures at community health fairs, we've assembled a diverse range of entertainment options that meet these standards. There were no bounce houses or inflatable structures with potential liability concerns featured at our event.
