We are honored to have been the company picnic planners for Icon Media at Griffith Park in Los Angeles. We catered to approximately 80+ people, with a demographic comprised of a mixed crowd of adults and children. To ensure everyone had a great time, we tailored the food and entertainment options accordingly. Guests enjoyed our selection of thirst-quenching drinks, including Fresh Squeezed Lemonade (never from a can or powder mix), Sweet Tea (brewed, not from a powder mix), and Filtered Water (never tap). Hot Dog Shack with Deluxe Condiment BarOur Hot Dog Shack includes a custom tent, sign and flagging to direct guests to the grilled hot dogs.

There's a lot of green grass areas and shade trees at this park for comfortable summer picnic. This company picnic took place in June, you can see that all the guests were comfortable, it wasn't too hot at all. We used water activities and tents to keep the guests cool in the summer sun.
