We had the pleasure of being the official event planner for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation company picnic that took place at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks, California. This corporate picnic was off the chain with some of our best BBQ catering, fun foods and of course, adult beverage services. There was an array of interactive event entertainment, from field games to rides & attractions. Here is a quick video walk-thru of this amazing corporate company picnic. Conejo Creek North Park Company PicnicAt the entrance of Conejo Creek North Park, near the parking lot, we set up a welcome booth so that the employees and their families could check in to the corporate event. Conejo Creek North Park has an big, beautiful outdoor recreation area with 2 ponds, a stream, a playground, picnic shelters & restrooms. It's a really nice park in Thousand Oaks to have a company picnic like this one. Thousand Oaks Corporate Picnic CateringOur pride and joy is in our award-winning company picnic menu options. All our food is prepared fresh, onsite and served to perfection. All our meats are so tender they fall off the bone. Our side dishes will be the talk of the picnic table. This is not your boxed, canned, commerical company picnic lunch we're serving, our food is an experience for the tastebuds.
The food is just as memorable of an experience as the event entertainment. Company Picnic Hot Dog ShackOur Hot Dog Shack comes in a custom wrapped tent with matching vinyl table cover to direct guests where to go. We serve up 100% all-beef hot dogs with a full condiment bar.
Company Picnic Fun FoodsThis corporate picnic went all out in their fun food choices. There was a hot and cold fun foods around every turn at this company picnic. Foods are always a memorable part of the company picnic experience.
Cold Beverage StationOur cold beverage station is the answer to prayer at summer company picnics. Cold beverages like lemonade, iced tea and ice water are served under the shade of our custom wrapped beverage tents. These custom tents have matching vinyl table covers that direct guests where to the drinks are.
Adult Beverage Bar 21+At the request of our clients, we also had a beverage bar with alcoholic beverages for guests 21+ This beverage bar included a bartender to serve craft beer, domestic beer, spirits and wine.

Interactive Outdoor Picnic GamesIn addition to the larger pieces of entertainment, we also set up an outside game area with different table activities and yard games such as shuffelboard, cornhole and jumbo jenga. These smaller activities are great for creating a socially-dynamic environment for the guests to come together and play familiar games with one another.
