This weekday health fair in Anaheim brought natural wellness to the forefront — right in the heart of the MeriCal parking lot. Our team provided the complete foundation for a smooth, professional setup, including vendor tents, tables, and seating for participating sponsors. The focus was on natural health, from yoga and massage to tea, supplements, and holistic practices. It proved how easily a company can transform its own space into a welcoming outdoor event with our all-inclusive, in-house planning and weekday budget pricing.

We had the privilege of planning several employee appreciation picnics for the Manheim Auto Show, hosted indoors in their warehouses. For this event in Anaheim, we transformed the warehouse into a High Roller Casino Experience, complete with BBQ catering, seating, sports, and other adult picnic activities for a day of unforgettable fun and excitement for their employees. Whenever the MEGA High Roller Casino comes in, it always results in a socially explosive, interactive time that creates lasting lifetime memories for attendees.

Carnival Planning in Anaheim FOR KAISER PERMANENTE ONCOLOGY: SUMMER FUN FOR 250 KIDS

We were honored to work with the Kaiser Permanente Oncology Department in Anaheim, California plan a Summer Carnival, celebrating the children who have triumphed over cancer. We provided an all-inclusive carnival package, complete with traditional wood carnival booths and fun foods. Under the big top, 250 kids and their families joined in for a day of fun and unforgettable memories. Here’s a recap of the event.
