Bechtel’s 2025 Family Day turned Cal Aero Hangar into a Wild West OK Corral of company culture and connection, complete with rodeo-style entertainment and western-themed attractions — all brought to life by the company picnic experts at Interact Event Productions. Saddles on, spurs up — the End of Summer Rodeo Company Picnic came alive at Cal Aero Hangar in Chino, California! Bechtel’s 130 employees and families gathered for an afternoon of cowboy-style fun filled with games, laughter, and Wild West charm. From the first crack of the lasso to the last laugh in the Wild West Jail photo booth, every moment was pure interaction and excitement. We wrangled the entertainment lineup and turned the historic airplane hangar into a high-energy rodeo arena made for families, coworkers, and cowpokes alike. We had the privilege of planning an employee team building event for Southern California Edison, where their all-inclusive package included everything needed for our Build-A-Bike for Charity experience. In this engaging, hands-on event, 40 teams competed in 6 different challenges to earn bike parts, ultimately building 40 bikes. The event combined creativity, teamwork, and philanthropy, fostering a high-energy atmosphere that strengthened team dynamics while giving back to the community. All the employees worked together through each challenge, solving problems, earning parts, and assembling the bikes for local children. Check out this highlight reel! We planned a company picnic for VFS Fire & Security at Big League Dreams in Chino Hills, centered around Team-Building Olympic competitions. The event brought together 300 employees, who were divided into teams and competed in various Olympic-style games designed to strengthen team dynamics, improve work relationships, and enhance communication and collaboration skills. From archery and soccer penalty kicks to an intense cup stack competition, each station was crafted to foster collaboration and highlight the strengths of every participant while providing insights into areas for improvement—all in a fun day of interactive experiences. We had the privilege of planning a large corporate picnic in Chino Hills for Pan-Pacific Mechanical at the Big League Dreams ballpark. We laid out a huge spread of entertainment, including MEGA High Roller Casino games, a waterpark, table games, yard games, arcade games, and our exclusive field day games. Our extensive lineup of rides and attractions sprawled across two baseball diamonds, transforming the venue into an amusement park for both kids and adults! Check out this highlight reel! This event gathers lineworkers from various utilities who compete for a chance to advance to the International Lineman’s Rodeo. We provided all of the interactive entertainment for this community event, as well as some of the rentals necessary for effective audio distribution throughout. For our latest venture, we had the pleasure of company picnic planning for the popular Mexican Food Chain, Miguel's Jr., at the picturesque Prado Regional Park in Chino, CA. As the architects behind the event's success, we handled all the event entertainment and rentals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone. Given the nature of the event, Miguel's Jr. took charge of the catering, providing their signature dishes. The Mallard Shelter at Prado Park, with its shaded spaces and picnic tables, set the perfect stage for a relaxed and enjoyable gathering. This was a banquet for a high school football team in Chino Hills held at the Threshold Aviation Group, Hangar 3, in Chino, California. This event was for the varsity football team players, their families, the staff, and coaches. The banquet featured our delicious Italian catering dishes and we provided all the event rentals that transformed this hanger in Chino into a corporate event venue for their banquet.  |
