We had the privilege of planning a company picnic at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, Arizona for Crisis Preparation & Recovery. Our all-inclusive company picnic package included exclusive team-building field games, a variety of entertainment for guests of all ages, and our delicious onsite BBQ catering, featuring chicken sliders and grilled all-beef hot dogs for lunch. It was a memorable day filled with interactive games and activities in a socially dynamic atmosphere, enjoyed by employees and their families alike. This company picnic for 300 people, held at Chino Hills' Big League Dreams park, demonstrated our expertise in event planning. Given our extensive familiarity with the venue, we were the ideal choice for the County of San Bernardino's event. Leveraging one of the largest corporate event inventories in the country, we crafted an all-inclusive package that offered exceptional value. With over 300 attendees, we provided interactive entertainment, tables, chairs, and field games, ensuring a memorable experience for all employees and their families. This is a community health fair outreach event for the YMCA of Greater Los Angeles that we did at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum for 2,500 people. This Los Angeles event was held on Saturday, April 22, from 10:00am-1:30pm. We provided all the event planning services for this health fair event, which included the entertainment, all rentals, sound, stage and interactive activities & entertainment. |
