We had the pleasure of planning a company picnic in Chino Hills for Advantage Painting at Big League Dreams. The event was attended by 300+ employees and their families for a day of interactive fun and celebration. We provided all the event entertainment, including our deluxe field day games package, the tables, chairs and satellite surround sound. Community Health Fair Event Planner for Greater Metro Los Angeles YMCA Health Kids Day

We are honored to be the community health fair planner partnering with the Greater Metro Los Angeles YMCA for their Healthy Kids Day at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The 2024 Day of Play Healthy Kids Day took place on Sunday, April 21, 2024. Thousands of local Los Angeles kids and their families came out for a day of physical fitness fun. Parents received helpful resources about health programs in the community, as well as goodie bags from the different sponsors and vendors at the event. We provided an all-inclusive health fair event planning package tailored to the age and demographics of the group, offering entertainment, rentals, satellite sound, beverage stations, and much more. Company Picnic Planning at Big League Dreams for Alta Med: Sports & Healthy Lifestyle Theme

We are honored to partner with Alta Med and Big League Dreams in Chino Hills for this company picnic full of sports day fun for the employees and their families. We assembled an excellent company picnic package customized to suit the theme, age groups, demographics, and budget of the Alta Med Pace employees. It encompassed all aspects of entertainment, rentals, sound, and stage arrangements. Attendees enthusiastically tackled our 30-foot rock wall, participated in interactive field games, and enjoyed a range of competitive sports activities.
