On March 29, 2025, Interact Event Productions transformed Big League Dreams Chino Hills into the ultimate playground for United Paving’s 250-person company picnic. We didn’t just set up tables and chairs — we brought the full production that turned the park into an all-ages arena of nonstop fun. This was a true community mix — parents, kids, and a mostly Spanish-speaking crowd — and we made sure everyone had their moment in the spotlight. Our Deluxe Field Games Zone with a custom XTreme backdrop and stage pulled in waves of competitors. The towering 18’ Double Lane Slide had kids lining up for race-after-race thrills, while the Sports Playcenter — a bouncer-and-slide combo decked out in a sports theme — kept the younger crowd jumping, climbing, and laughing without pause. Oversized classics like cornhole, jumbo Jenga, and ping pong anchored the chill zones, while surround sound and music pumped energy across the venue. When we take over Big League Dreams, a company picnic stops being “just a picnic” — it was five hours of chaos in the best way — slides packed, games rolling, and families throwing down like it was a championship. We had the privilege of planning an employee team building event for Southern California Edison, where their all-inclusive package included everything needed for our Build-A-Bike for Charity experience. In this engaging, hands-on event, 40 teams competed in 6 different challenges to earn bike parts, ultimately building 40 bikes. The event combined creativity, teamwork, and philanthropy, fostering a high-energy atmosphere that strengthened team dynamics while giving back to the community. The event brought together 300 employees, who were divided into teams and competed in various Olympic-style games designed to strengthen team dynamics, improve work relationships, and enhance communication and collaboration skills. From archery and soccer penalty kicks to an intense cup stack competition, each station was crafted to foster collaboration and highlight the strengths of every participant while providing insights into areas for improvement—all in a fun day of interactive experiences. We had the privilege of planning a large corporate picnic in Chino Hills for Pan-Pacific Mechanical at the Big League Dreams ballpark. We laid out a huge spread of entertainment, including MEGA High Roller Casino games, a waterpark, table games, yard games, arcade games, and our exclusive field day games. The venue gave us room to create a full picnic experience across the ballpark, with team building field games, interactive attractions, a social lounge, outdoor seating, and our Harvest Fun Fact Scavenger Hunt Maze worked into the entertainment mix. Employees and families had places to compete, relax, play, watch, and move through the event at their own pace, with our team handling the planning, layout, staffing, and entertainment from start to finish. Each year, we take pride in coordinating the Lennar Company Picnic, hosting 3,500 attendees at the Big League Dreams Venue in Chino Hills, California. Our responsibility involves curating the engaging entertainment experience for all Lennar's employees and their families. We set up a 40' x 140' white tent on the grass, creating a fully functional and attractive venue right on-site. Inside, we arranged 60" round tables with white folding chairs and alternating red and green linens for a festive yet professional look. An 8' x 12' stage anchored the space for announcements and awards, while rectangular tables lined the perimeter with raffle prizes and gifts for employees. Complete with surround sound, satellite speaker clusters, and a wireless mic system for clear audio throughout, the setup gave them a memorable company holiday party without the cost of an outside venue. By using their own facility and having us handle the full setup, they saved on rental costs and put more of the budget toward their team. No one does school events like we do! This Rolling Ridge Elementary 6th grade celebration at Butterfield Park in Chino Hills was off the chain! These soon-to-be middle schoolers were all smiles as they enjoyed our deluxe field games and interactive inflatables after their graduation.  This was a small, intimate corporate holiday party for 500 people that took place inside our client's cross fit gym. We transformed their corporate business space into a company holiday party and incorporated a lot of the brands elements into the overall design during the transformation.
