To complete the day, we also provided Passive Game Entertainment—an affordable way to add interactive fun to any company picnic package. Guests enjoyed casual competition and friendly play between meals while the client’s DJ kept the energy moving with music throughout the park. On Thursday, August 14th, 2025, we produced a midweek small company picnic at El Dorado Park’s Lakeview Grove in Long Beach for 80 GrayMatter Robotics employees. What could have been a simple afternoon outdoors became a fully serviced corporate picnic package — complete with premium catering, shaved ice, popcorn, interactive field games, sports attractions, and shaded seating under umbrellas. A diverse selection of food vendors and ticket stations add to the lively atmosphere, while our deluxe surround sound system fills the area with family-friendly music and announcements. With secure fencing and careful planning, we turn their parking lot into a safe, bustling amusement park experience for everyone. For this event, we transformed a business parking lot into an interactive team-building event, complete with interactive activities and a catered dinner for Fluor employees. From fun games like mini golf, cornhole, and a dunk tank to a delicious BBQ menu, we created a relaxed, yet energizing atmosphere that encouraged teamwork and boosted morale. All tables, chairs, and equipment were included in our all-inclusive package, providing a seamless and memorable experience right in their own parking lot. This is a golf course country club so the country club wished to have some golf-theme activities added in as well. Whenever we put together a community event like this we ALWAYS take into consideration the age and demographic of the guests attending. This was an outdoor social event for an active-adult lifestyle community and their families. We chose event entertainment for the adults that would be appealing to country club golf members and their families, which included children of all ages. We recently had the privilege of planning a company picnic at El Dorado Park in Long Beach, California, for over 500 people, including employees and their families. Our team took care of everything, providing a full-service event package that brought the ultimate experience to this beautiful outdoor location. From delicious, mouthwatering BBQ prepared onsite to a wide variety of fun attractions, we made sure every detail was covered for an unforgettable day.
