Every year, we’re excited to bring the Fall Harvest Festival to St. Cyprian Catholic Church’s parking lot! For three fun-filled days, we create a pay-to-play fundraising event complete with carnival games, thrilling attractions like a 30' Rock Wall and 300' Zipline, immersive escape rooms, and inflatables suited for all ages. A diverse selection of food vendors and ticket stations add to the lively atmosphere, while our deluxe surround sound system fills the area with family-friendly music and announcements. With secure fencing and careful planning, we turn their parking lot into a safe, bustling amusement park experience for everyone. For this event, we transformed a business parking lot into an interactive team-building event, complete with interactive activities and a catered dinner for Fluor employees. From fun games like mini golf, cornhole, and a dunk tank to a delicious BBQ menu, we created a relaxed, yet energizing atmosphere that encouraged teamwork and boosted morale. All tables, chairs, and equipment were included in our all-inclusive package, providing a seamless and memorable experience right in their own parking lot. Each year, we’re excited to team up with the Virginia Country Club in Long Beach to plan a community event for 4th of July! We rolled out a monstrous 300' inflatable haunted maze that sent shivers down spines, a gel blaster gun arena where brave souls could take aim at zombies, and not one, not two, not three, but FOUR different escape room themes to cater to all tastes and interests. With wide-open green spaces, a baseball field, and plenty of room to spread out, Wardlow Park was the perfect venue to bring that nostalgic camp spirit to life. We rolled out our Field Day Games, adult picnic activities, and full-scale arts & crafts center, all while serving up a delicious BBQ catered lunch right at the park, prepared by our amazing chefs. Our client wanted a fun, outdoors, 4th of July social event for their country club in Long Beach, California with entertainment that was socially engaging for this community of adults and their families. This is a golf course country club so the country club wished to have some golf-theme activities added in as well. Whenever we put together a community event like this we ALWAYS take into consideration the age and demographic of the guests attending. This was an outdoor social event for an active-adult lifestyle community and their families. We chose event entertainment for the adults that would be appealing to country club golf members and their families, which included children of all ages. We recently had the privilege of planning a company picnic at El Dorado Park in Long Beach, California, for over 500 people, including employees and their families. Our team took care of everything, providing a full-service event package that brought the ultimate experience to this beautiful outdoor location. From delicious, mouthwatering BBQ prepared onsite to a wide variety of fun attractions, we made sure every detail was covered for an unforgettable day. Field games, bounce houses, face painters, caricature artists, and a range of exciting rides were just the beginning. We also set up areas for families to enjoy, offering something for all ages. We were tasked with planning a company picnic at Wardlow Park in Long Beach for 150 employees and their families. The combination of Hawaiian flair, luau-style décor, and interactive attractions turned this summer gathering into an unforgettable beachfront escape. This is a company picnic on the beach at Marina Stadium in Long Beach for 100+ people. We provided the event entertainment and rentals to make this small, intimate get-together possible. The day featured classic carnival-style games, team-building picnic games, a full Sports Zone, inflatable bouncers for the kids, and larger-than-life attractions like a 30-foot Rock Wall, Zorb Ball Races, and inflatable obstacle courses. The turnout was impressive, and the energy was high—boosting morale, showing appreciation, and bringing the World Oil team together for a memorable day under the sun.
