We organized a cool company picnic event in Los Angeles, California, catering to 700 attendees, with a strong emphasis on adult team-building activities. This company picnic event, held at the client's corporate premises, featured an extensive lineup of team-building exercises, included in our deluxe field game package. In addition to these activities, we also provided entertainment options such as air hockey, foosball, jumbo Jenga, and giant checkers. To satisfy our client's request for delicious snacks, we offered a variety of delectable treats alongside the team-building and table games.  This was a corporate event for 200 people at a construction company in Victorville, California. The corporate meeting took place beneath an expansive, white canopy, adorned with tables, chairs, and table linens meticulously selected to align with our company's branding colors. A well-equipped presentation stage, complete with LCD monitors and enveloping surround sound, served as the focal point for announcements and presentations.  This is a company picnic on the beach at Marina Stadium in Long Beach for 100+ people. We provided the event entertainment and rentals to make this small, intimate get-together possible. We had our famous field day games package and our the traditional carnival booths with carnival games and prizes there and the client provided kayaks and paddle boards for the employees and their families to enjoy while we prepared a catered lunch for them all.  Welcome to the Vegan Street Fair, an annual North Hollywood extravaganza featuring a spectacular lineup of vegan food vendors that take over the streets. Being a part of the event coordination and serving as the official rental and entertainment supplier that contributed to the night's success is a true privilege. We transformed this part of North Hollywood into the Vegan Street Fair with tables, chairs, tents, a stage, mesmerizing lighting, immersive surround sound, and an inviting outdoor game lounge experience! |
