We had the opportunity to bring a full day of joy, imagination, and family fun to the streets of Ontario, California with our favorite Christmas-time community event planning project of the year—Christmas on Euclid. Since 1922, this holiday tradition has transformed historic Euclid Avenue and Ontario Town Square into a festive winter playground, and we were proud to help take it to the next level with our complete lineup of winter-themed interactive attractions, ticketing system, and entertainment crew. From a snowy maze and inflatable rides to themed games and whimsical decor, the entire event was bursting with energy and holiday cheer. This 70’s-themed corporate Christmas party at the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles brought serious style and energy. Indoors, guests hit the light-up dance floor while the DJ kept the grooves spinning. Outdoors, we set the stage with a full-service bar, an impressive buffet spread, and the highlight of the night: our exclusive Game Show Mania—a fast-paced, interactive game show experience hosted by the ever-charismatic Tim Ward. From the first round to the final buzzer, the energy was off the charts and the competition kept guests fully engaged. We had the honor of producing this all-inclusive corporate holiday party in El Cajon, transforming a company’s parking lot into a fully equipped event space. Inside a 40' x 60' tent, we provided tables, seating, a custom stage, surround sound, and a live music setup for an unforgettable celebration. Our award-winning catering team prepared a full buffet, delivering a high-quality dining experience onsite—eliminating venue costs while keeping the party convenient and seamless. When Big League Dreams in Chino Hills hosted their own corporate Christmas party, they brought us in to transform their outdoor field into a professional, polished holiday celebration space—without blowing the budget. We set up a 40' x 140' white tent on the grass, creating a fully functional and attractive venue right on-site. Inside, we arranged 60” round tables with white folding chairs and alternating red and green linens for a festive yet professional look. An 8' x 12' stage anchored the space for announcements and awards, while rectangular tables lined the perimeter with raffle prizes and gifts for employees. Complete with surround sound, satellite speaker clusters, and a wireless mic system for clear audio throughout, the setup offered an affordable way to host a memorable company holiday party. By using their own venue and having us handle the full setup, they avoided rental costs and had more budget to focus on their team—a win-win all around. |
