Since 1922, this holiday tradition has transformed historic Euclid Avenue and Ontario Town Square into a festive winter playground, and we were proud to help take it to the next level with our complete lineup of winter-themed interactive attractions, ticketing system, and entertainment crew. From a snowy maze and inflatable rides to themed games and whimsical decor, the entire event was bursting with energy and holiday cheer. 70's Disco Christmas Party Planning at the Rose Bowl, Shattering Expectations for Fullerton Glass12/11/2021 All-Inclusive Holiday Event Package Bringing Out the Hippie in EveryoneWe had the privilege of planning a corporate Christmas party with a 70's decades theme at the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles for Fullerton Glass. Employees and their guests started the night in a locker room set up as a disco lounge, complete with a light-up dance floor, mirrored balls, DJ trussing, a pool table, and a lighted bar surrounded by high-top cocktail tables. From there, a colorful hallway lined with up-lighting, spinning disco balls, and a foosball table led employees and their guests toward the vintage Volkswagen photo bus and out onto the stadium concourse. Outside, the concourse split into two distinct sides: catering to the east, where a full buffet and open bar kept the line moving, and games to the west, where our custom Game Show Mania, had participants lined up at glowing podiums for a run of 70's trivia. Everyone spread out across the concourse to play a few rounds of games and soak in the groovy lighting that carried the 70's theme all the way through the venue. From Factory Floor to Festive Tent, Celebrating 360 Fox Factory WorkersWe had the privilege of planning a workplace Christmas party for Fox Factory at their own facility in El Cajon, turning the company's parking lot into a beautiful holiday venue. We set up a 40' x 60' tent where employees were welcomed by great food, live music, and an evening dedicated to celebrating their hard work over the past year. Our award-winning catering team prepared a full buffet onsite, giving Fox Factory's staff a memorable dining experience featuring a thoughtfully crafted menu that appealed to the whole group. This kind of end-of-year celebration goes a long way for company culture and employee morale. It gives workers a true chance to relax, socialize, and head into the new year on a high note. Best of all, we kept the package affordable without cutting any corners on the experience. Hitting It Out of the Park with an Employee Holiday Party for Big League DreamsWhen Big League Dreams in Chino Hills hosted their own corporate Christmas party, they brought us in for the planning and full setup, building out their outdoor field into a professional holiday celebration space. We set up a 40' x 140' white tent on the grass, creating a fully functional and attractive venue right on-site. Inside, we arranged 60" round tables with white folding chairs and alternating red and green linens for a festive yet professional look. An 8' x 12' stage anchored the space for announcements and awards, while rectangular tables lined the perimeter with raffle prizes and gifts for employees. Complete with surround sound, satellite speaker clusters, and a wireless mic system for clear audio throughout, the setup gave them a memorable company holiday party without the cost of an outside venue. By using their own facility and having us handle the full setup, they saved on rental costs and put more of the budget toward their team. |
