Our team handled every detail — from guest check-in and wristband registration to buffet service, field games, inflatables, obstacle courses, shaded seating, and raffle giveaways. Every attraction, tent, and sound system was set up by our in-house crew for seamless coordination, smooth flow, and that signature “more bang for the buck” experience. We had the privilege of planning the Clayton Homes company picnic at Rancho Jurupa Park in Riverside, California. They chose our all-inclusive event planning packages to manage every detail from start to finish. Upon arrival, guests followed clear signage from the parking lot, leading them directly along the walkway to the welcome registration area. With a custom catering menu tailored to the group, interactive entertainment for all ages, and team-building games that created plenty of bonding moments, we delivered maximum value and a lasting impression for 600 employees and their families during a day of true employee appreciation. From the branded tents to the ambient music, everything was picture-perfect, creating an employee appreciation event that aligned exactly with their vision. We had the privilege of planning an unforgettable employee appreciation party indoors at the Manheim Riverside warehouse for 400 employees. Our exclusive High Roller MEGA Casino and MEGA Bingo were the stars of the show, bringing high-energy entertainment to the event. Guests enjoyed a catered BBQ lunch with our award-winning ribs and BBQ chicken. The afternoon was filled with dynamic fun and excitement as we transformed the warehouse into an extraordinary corporate party venue. We had the pleasure of providing entertainment for a Back-to-School Night at La Sierra University in Riverside, California, welcoming over 270 incoming college students. With over 30 years of experience creating engaging and interactive events, we specialize in college student entertainment that keeps university-aged crowds energized and engaged. For this event, we curated a selection of exciting and fun back-to-school event ideas for colleges, making sure the entertainment perfectly matched the vibe of the students. The result was a dynamic and memorable night that helped students kick off the school year with excitement and fun. We had the opportunity to support the Alpinestars Milestone Motocross Event celebrating Supercross Champion Jason Anderson at Milestone MX Park in Riverside, CA on July 9, 2019. This high-energy day brought together motocross fans and industry leaders under the California sun, and we were glad to play a small role in the setup. While we typically provide full event production packages, we made a rare exception to offer our seating services only — because when motocross calls, we answer. Especially when Tim Ward, a longtime supporter and motocross enthusiast himself, personally wanted to help bring this event to life.  |
