For Christmas on Euclid 2024, we managed all aspects of the community event planning, offering a wide range of entertainment options, including winter-themed activities, inflatable rides, a snowball toss, a carousel bouncer, and more. We also provided a customized ticket booth, allowing attendees to purchase punch cards for pay-to-play attractions. To ensure the event had perfect audio, we set up satellite surround sound speakers, playing family-friendly music throughout the venue. With our all-inclusive packages, we made the planning process seamless, helping the City of Ontario host a memorable and successful community fair. For Wallner Expac's 65th Anniversary Celebration in Ontario, California, we took care of every detail in the corporate carnival planning, transforming their company parking lot into an immersive carnival experience. We brought the theme to life with a variety of exciting entertainment, including bounce houses, carnival games, and an airbrush artist creating custom tattoos. A charismatic MC hosted the event, keeping the energy high and engaging guests with jokes, interactive announcements, and prize giveaways for the kids, adding a personal touch to the celebration. Our in-house catering team served a fresh, made-on-site buffet along with fun food stations like shaved ice and popcorn. This is the 10th Annual Route 66 Cruisin Reunion Tour car show & community event and we've had the pleasure of providing all the pay-to-play rides & attractions for this event for almost that entire decade they've been doing this event. This year, this car show event had approx 30,000 people in attendance. Downtown Euclid was lined with classic cars, food trucks, car-related vendors, and pay-to-play rides. This historic holiday tradition has been gracing Euclid street in Ontario, California since 1922 and we were honored to be a part of it this Holiday Season. We provided all the event entertainment and food and beverage service for this company picnic for 2,000+ people in Ontario, California. This Ontario company picnic was held at the beautiful Guasti Park located at 800 N Archibald Ave, Ontario, CA 91764. We brought our Santa's Training Workshop to Ontario, California for a Winter Wonderland event for the community. Our new Santa's Training Workshop Game and Winter Wonderland Maze were a big success with all age demographics at the event. We Provided All That You See!We provided the entertainment and food services for the Tribute Signs 20th Anniversary Party. This was a small company picnic party in their parking lot for about 200 people at Tribute Signs in Ontario, CA. The event took place at their actual place of business where we transformed the parking lot into a High Roller Mega Casino!  This was a 3 day community event for the Ontario Convention & Visitors Bureau that ran from Friday through Sunday. The event was called the Route 66 Cruisin Reunion and it took place on Euclid Avenue in Downtown Ontario, California. At the event we had some of our most popular event entertainment, rides, inflatables and carnival games.  Transforming an ordinary parking lot into a high-energy corporate carnival! This corporate event took place in the parking lot next to a car dealership in Ontario, California, designed to attract new business with an exciting pay-and-play carnival experience. We created a visually appealing, easy-to-navigate layout featuring a ticket purchase booth with branded signage, ensuring a seamless experience for guests to buy punch cards for rides and games. The event catered to all age groups with a diverse selection of interactive attractions. Younger children enjoyed the Jurassic Adventure Playcenter, designed for safe and engaging fun for younger kids, while older kids and adults took on thrilling challenges like our Rock Wall and high-energy Rope Course. The combination of family-friendly entertainment, interactive rides, and engaging activities made this parking lot carnival a standout success for both the dealership and its attendees.
