We had the privilege of organizing an incredible Hilton Summer Family Event at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks for the N. Conrad Hilton Foundation. Our all-inclusive company picnic planning services catered to 250 attendees, creating an unforgettable day for both the adults and kids. We provided gourmet, freshly prepared food and beverages, along with a wide array of entertainment options, including field games, adult picnic activities, and interactive inflatables. Corporate Carnival Picnic Planning at The MET in Costa Mesa: Catering & Games for 700 People6/27/2024
We had the privilege of organizing a team building luncheon with a carnival-theme at The MET in Costa Mesa for McCarthy Cook, hosting over 700 people. We set up traditional carnival games alongside modern adult games to create a socially dynamic, interactive atmosphere for the adults. In addition to the entertainment, their all-inclusive team building luncheon package featured our catering with a delicious menu including our award-winning Tri-Tip and renowned pulled BBQ chicken sliders. Vegan options such as savory stuffed bell peppers and vegan dogs, alongside sides like three-bean BBQ baked beans and fresh-cut mixed green salad, were also enjoyed, all prepared onsite in our state-of-the-art pop-up kitchen. Surround sound, decor, tables, chairs, tents, booths, and servers—all were included in the package, ensuring no detail was overlooked, and creating cherished moments that boosted morale and corporate culture. This year, we moved the event to Brookside Park in Pasadena for a change of scenery. It was a day filled with socially dynamic, interactive entertainment and our award-winning onsite BBQ catering. Each year, we're honored to bring the sports entertainment to the USSSA International World Series Opening Ceremonies at Big League Dreams Ballpark in Perris, California. At Big League Dreams, we created an exciting "Sports Zone" filled with high-energy activities from a variety of sports for the youth to enjoy together. These games came together to create an atmosphere that boosted morale, promoted good sportsmanship, and helped build relationships. We were honored to provide our company picnic planning services to AEG Worldwide for their Employee Summer Camp at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California. This employee appreciation event featured our exclusive field games package, rides, and various activities, creating a day of interactive, socially dynamic fun in the sun for all who attended. The event not only boosted employee morale but also forged robust team dynamics, empowering participants to return as a united force, ready to conquer challenges together. We were honored to work with the Kaiser Permanente Oncology Department in Anaheim, California plan a Summer Carnival, celebrating the children who have triumphed over cancer. We provided an all-inclusive carnival package, complete with traditional wood carnival booths and fun foods. Under the big top, 250 kids and their families joined in for a day of fun and unforgettable memories. Here’s a recap of the event. For the past 20 years, we have had the incredible honor of being the official company picnic planners for the Living Spaces Corporate Picnic at Big League Dreams in West Covina. This year was no exception as we turned two baseball diamonds into a vibrant playground for 2,500 employees and their families. Our expertly crafted zones featured everything from adrenaline-pumping waterslides and interactive games to creative photo booths and gourmet treats, creating an unforgettable day of excitement. We had the privilege of being the company picnic planner for APLA Health's Staff Picnic at Griffith Park in Los Angeles for 300 people. Their all-inclusive company picnic package featured our award-winning onsite BBQ catering, an exclusive field day games package, yard games, and our 3-in-1 Sports Center. It was an unforgettable time filled with team building, high-energy activities, socially interactive games, and morale-boosting fun. We had the privilege of providing our school field day games package for 675 students at Hutchinson Middle School in La Mirada, California. This school hadn't hosted a field day in the last 5 years. They sought to create a fun, interactive, and socially dynamic event for their middle school students, and that's exactly what we delivered. Our field day games package was customized to meet the specific ages and demographics of the Hutchinson Middle School attendees. Our all-inclusive package included everything they needed—no hassle, no fuss, and no surprise costs—giving them excellent value for their budget. We were honored to provide our services for the SCE Lineman's Rodeo, held on June 1, 2024, at Prado Regional Park in Chino, California. This event gathers lineworkers from various utilities who compete for a chance to advance to the International Lineman’s Rodeo. We provided all of the interactive entertainment for this community event, as well as some of the rentals necessary for effective audio distribution throughout. We had the privilege of planning a company picnic for Via Trading at El Dorado Regional Park West in Long Beach, California. Our task was to coordinate interactive team-building field games, along with social activities and sports challenges for the 120 attendees. With over 40 years of experience in planning vibrant company picnics at both El Dorado Park West and East, we possess unrivaled familiarity with the venue and boast one of the largest in-house inventories.
