This all-inclusive holiday party included indoor catering, fun foods, a seasonal hot cocoa beverage station, and interactive entertainment designed for both kids and adults. Activities were thoughtfully split between indoor spaces and the parking lot to keep the event flowing smoothly throughout the evening and to make the most of the venue without the added cost of an off-site location. Highlights included our exclusive 40' x 40' Interactive Winter Wonderland Maze with a 150' themed scavenger hunt, a towering 30' Dancing Snowman Bouncer, and a festive Photos with Santa booth offering instant prints for employees and their families. We also provided engaging games like Revolution, Playback Memory Challenge, Strike Zone, and a Mini Putting area with 3 fun golf holes. Every detail was designed to create a high-energy, interactive experience that brought holiday cheer to all attendees. 300 Union Members and Their Families Celebrate the Holidays at Their Headquarters in San BernardinoWe had the pleasure of planning a union holiday party in San Bernardino for Teamsters Local 1932, hosted at their own headquarters. Running from 2 pm to 7 pm across both the indoor hall and the outdoor grounds, the celebration brought together 300 union members and their families. Guests enjoyed a late lunch and early dinner spread from our catering team, followed by winter-themed entertainment including Santa's Village, a two-game interactive inflatable, and a 30-foot Dancing Snowman bouncer outside. We had the pleasure of planning a company picnic for the County of San Bernardino at Glen Helen Regional Park, welcoming over 6,500 attendees for one of the biggest events we've done. Team building field games anchored the day, backed by a full lineup of rides and attractions, passive entertainment with table games and yard games for guests looking to unwind, and beverage stations to keep everyone cool. Every part of the day was planned to keep 6,500 people moving, connected, and comfortable across Glen Helen's open spaces. 300 Guests, One All-Inclusive Package, for the County of San BernardinoWe had the pleasure of planning a company picnic for 300 people in Chino Hills for the County of San Bernardino at Big League Dreams. With one of the largest corporate event inventories in the country, we were able to put together an all-inclusive event package that took care of all the interactive entertainment, outdoor seating, and equipment necessary to create a memorable day for the employees and their families. Planning a Union Christmas Party for 300 at Teamsters Local 1932's San Bernardino Headquarters12/7/2022 From Office Space to Winter Wonderland, Right at Their Front DoorWe had the pleasure of planning a union Christmas party for 300 people — Teamsters Local 1932 members, their spouses, and kids — right at their headquarters building in San Bernardino. The celebration split naturally between two spaces: catering set up inside their office, and a full winter wonderland waiting just outside the entrance, with a scavenger hunt and a 30-foot snowman that seemed to dance every time kids bounced inside it.  Every family left the maze with a gift from Santa in hand and a memory that outlasted the visit itself. Where Kids Watched the Earth Movers Their Parents Drive Every DayWe had the pleasure of planning a company picnic for 600+ people on a construction site in Mountain Pass, California for MP Materials, off Bailey Rd in San Bernardino County. Most workplace company picnics happen in a parking lot — this one had earth movers as the backdrop instead, with tables and a BBQ food service area set up right on the job site. With 40+ years of experience and one of the largest inventories of company picnic entertainment and rentals in the area, we made it work. From 12 pm to 5 pm, guests enjoyed a company picnic in San Bernardino that was personalized to their unique profession, venue and group of attendees. |
