We had the pleasure of planning the company holiday party for the Local 848 Teamsters Union at the West Covina Elks Lodge. This Christmastime event featured an extraordinary catering menu with BBQ chicken sliders, mac and cheese with bacon, fruit salad, and festive desserts like funnel cakes and cookies. We provided a variety of interactive entertainment, including face painters, caricature artists, and a balloon twister, along with a Santa Claus Photobooth complete with a Santa chair, red carpet, and velvet stanchions. Our surround sound audio package played family-friendly music, and we also provided wireless microphones for the raffle games. By scheduling the event on a Sunday and offering an affordable catering package, we kept costs low while delivering a memorable and engaging holiday celebration in West Covina that exceeded expectations. For the past 20 years, we have had the incredible honor of being the official company picnic planners for the Living Spaces Corporate Picnic at Big League Dreams in West Covina. This year was no exception as we turned two baseball diamonds into a vibrant playground for 2,500 employees and their families. Our expertly crafted zones featured everything from adrenaline-pumping waterslides and interactive games to creative photo booths and gourmet treats, creating an unforgettable day of excitement. We were delighted to coordinate the Local 848 Teamsters Union Christmas Party Brunch at the Elks Club in West Covina. Over 800 members and their families indulged in a delectable blend of sweet and savory brunch delights, complemented by festive Christmas-themed entertainment. This family-friendly company picnic was for for approx 350 people. The venue for this event was located at the Big League Dreams facility in West Covina, California. We provided all the interactive entertainment at this event. There was an outdoor field games area, inflatables, water tag, sports, outdoor game tables, a rock wall and so much more. We provided the event entertainment, rides and rentals for this extravagant company picnic in West Covina. We brought some of our best event entertainment pieces, all of them were strategically zoned for this event for an overall Super Hero theme.
