We had the absolute pleasure of coordinating with our esteemed client, Eisner Health, as their corporate event planner for a vibrant health, wellness, and benefits information fair in the picturesque setting of Brookside Park, Pasadena, California. Our dedicated team took charge of catering, event entertainment, and all the event rentals to ensure the health fair's success. This gathering was a dedicated effort by Eisner Health to empower their members with vital insights into their benefits and overall well-being. In addition to the informative sessions, the attendees were treated to an array of interactive activities, games, and spirited seasonal contests which included a Halloween costume display and pumpkin decorating. It was a day filled with fun, learning, and memorable moments for all involved. Step into the heart of Upland, California, where a private Christian school's Fall Harvest Festival transformed its parking lot into a lively celebration. From noon until 8 pm, we took charge of all the event essentials, including mouthwatering BBQ food, cold beverages, thrilling attractions, and fun activities. Kids of all ages, from preschoolers to high schoolers, found entertainment tailored just for them. Plus, we added a special touch with our exclusive Harvest Fun Fact Scavenger Hunt, a unique adventure we created ourselves. It was a day filled with smiles and memories for everyone. We planned an exciting company picnic and team-building event in Foothill Ranch for Cox Communications, turning their parking lot into a baseball-themed event. With interactive baseball activities, themed décor, and a delicious catered spread, 125 employees enjoyed a grand slam experience filled with food, fun, and team bonding. Lend us your ears, dear readers, for we embarked on a thrilling adventure with St. Cyprian Catholic Church in Long Beach during their spooktacular Halloween carnival event. Our mission? To provide them with attractions and fundraising materials that would not only make their event a howling success but also ensure they raked in the mummy – err, money. Picture this: we transformed the scene by setting up ticket booths that were buzzing with excitement, and we had wristbands that attendees snatched up faster than a witch on a broomstick. These magical wristbands granted access to a variety of attractions that we curated for the event. But hold onto your broomsticks, for this was no ordinary church carnival. No, it was off the chain and shackles! We rolled out a monstrous 300' inflatable haunted maze that sent shivers down spines, a gel blaster gun arena where brave souls could take aim at zombies, and not one, not two, not three, but FOUR different escape room themes to cater to all tastes and interests.
