We had the pleasure of planning a company picnic at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Our full-service company picnic planning package included obtaining the park permit, providing our delicious BBQ catering prepared fresh onsite, and beverage service, including alcoholic beverages. We brought in deluxe field day games, adult picnic activities, bouncers and slides for the kids, and larger interactive attractions for tweens, teens, and adults. Every detail was covered, from tables and chairs to trash service, ensuring a seamless, perfectly executed event for the executives of Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.

Company picnics are beautiful in Carbon Canyon Regional Park in June.  We had the pleasure of providing the company picnic activities, field games and catering services for this tech company's corporate picnic for about 120 people in Carbon Canyon Park in Brea, California.  

We are honored to have been the company picnic planners for Icon Media at Griffith Park in Los Angeles. For this Staff Summer Camp event, Icon Media spared no expense to treat their staff to an unforgettable day of fun, relaxation, and gourmet food. We provided a full-service experience for approximately 80 people, creating a custom themed picnic that catered to a mixed crowd of both adults and children. With our in-house services, including our onsite catering team and kitchen, we served up a delicious spread that fit the Summer Camp theme, from kid-friendly options to gourmet adult favorites.​

​The entertainment was just as dynamic, with a variety of interactive event activities like our signature field games, a fun-filled Sports Zone, and a dedicated Adult Fun Zone for some lighter competition and socializing. Our team took care of all the details, ensuring everything was organized and seamlessly executed, from the catering to the games, creating an atmosphere that truly felt like a retreat.

The 2023 Living Spaces company picnic transformed the baseball stadium complex into multiple activity zones filled with rides, inflatables, field games, interactive challenges, passive entertainment, and comfortable gathering areas for employees and their families.

We had the privilege of planning a large-scale company picnic at Glen Helen Regional Park in San Bernardino for the County of San Bernardino. This high-energy event welcomed over 6,500 attendees and featured an extensive lineup of rides, attractions, and interactive entertainment. Our Deluxe Field Day Games Package took center stage as a dynamic team-building experience, bringing employees together through exciting, morale-boosting challenges.

In addition to the field day games, the picnic offered a variety of fun-filled activities, including bouncers for the kids, thrilling amusement rides, and an impressive selection of fun food snacks. From fresh-popped kettle corn and cotton candy to classic carnival treats, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

To keep guests comfortable throughout the day, we provided spacious seating areas with 60” round tables, folding chairs, and 9’ market umbrellas, offering plenty of shade in the park’s open spaces. Our strategically placed cold beverage stations ensured everyone stayed refreshed, making it easy for attendees to grab an ice-cold drink and stay hydrated while enjoying the festivities.

This large-scale event was designed to boost morale, strengthen workplace connections, and show appreciation for the hardworking employees of San Bernardino County.
