We had the pleasure of planning a company picnic at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Our full-service company picnic planning package included obtaining the park permit, providing our delicious BBQ catering prepared fresh onsite, and beverage service, including alcoholic beverages. We brought in deluxe field day games, adult picnic activities, bouncers and slides for the kids, and larger interactive attractions for tweens, teens, and adults. Every detail was covered, from tables and chairs to trash service, ensuring a seamless, perfectly executed event for the executives of Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. For this "Staff Summer Camp" event, Icon Media went all out to treat their crew to a relaxed, unforgettable day packed with great food and activities. We brought a full-service experience to life for about 80 guests, designing a custom-themed day that kept both kids and adults completely entertained. Thanks to our in-house catering team and mobile kitchen, we served up a fresh, delicious menu tailored to the summer camp vibe—ranging from crowd-pleasing kid classics to elevated adult favorites. The energy stayed high all day with a mix of interactive games. Teams faced off in our signature field games, hung out in the sports activity zone, or kicked back in the adult fun zone for some lighthearted competition and socializing. Our crew handled every single detail behind the scenes, ensuring the food, timing, and games ran seamlessly so the Icon Media team could just focus on enjoying their retreat. Every year, we have the honor of organizing the end-of-year elementary school fun fair for the students at Rolling Ridge Elementary in Chino Hills, California. We have been their official school fun day planner for the last 15 years because we offer exceptional bang for the budget.
