We turned this ordinary parking lot in downtown Los Angeles into an extraordinary venue for the AltaMed Health Fair. There was a TedTalk area complete with stage, sound and guest seating and an open area for guests to enjoy their lunch.
Shaded, Outdoor Seating
These table set up included 60-inch round tables, folding chairs and overhead umbrellas for shade. The round tables provide optimal social engagement amongst guests. The colored linens were chosen to match the client's corporate look.
The client wanted a TedTalk area set up with folding chairs, carpeted stage, sound, and audio/visual equipment for the presentation. The guests were facing the stage area with the gorgeous views of the Los Angeles hills behind it.

We provided the event services for this downtown Los Angeles health fair for AltaMed. We provided all the tables, chairs, sound, a/v, stage and entertainment services to turn this parking lot into a full-service venue for the client.
