We had the privilege of planning a company picnic for Davita in Los Angeles at USC's McCarthy Quad. We filled the area with interactive entertainment, field games, and high-energy activities. In the center, we arranged comfortable, shaded seating. This strategic layout ensured smooth traffic flow and made it easy for everyone, including those dining and socializing at the tables, to feel included in every aspect. Every activity, game, catering station, and seating area was conveniently close to each other. We were the official Los Angeles event planners and entertainment providers for this esteemed fashion college's graduation celebration, May 2017 at Grand Hope Park. We organized a cool company picnic event in Los Angeles, California, catering to 700 attendees, with a strong emphasis on adult team-building activities. This company picnic event, held at the client's corporate premises, featured an extensive lineup of team-building exercises, included in our deluxe field game package. In addition to these activities, we also provided entertainment options such as air hockey, foosball, jumbo Jenga, and giant checkers. To satisfy our client's request for delicious snacks, we offered a variety of delectable treats alongside the team-building and table games.  We planned a company picnic at Elysian Park featuring our Olympics Team Building games for 185 attendees, which included employees and their families. During lunch, guests enjoyed a Bingo Bonanza with corporate trivia on stage and afterwards, we headed out for a day of Olympic fun! This is a college grad party that we did for a prestigious fashion college in Los Angeles at Grand Hope Park. This graduation celebration is held every year for the graduates at Grand Hope Park located in downtown LA and we have the pleasure of providing the food, beverages, entertainment and all the event rentals, tables, tents, chairs, stage, and audio support.  Our talents as a leading Los Angeles company picnic planner were on full display at the Los Angeles Zoo for Pelican Products' annual employee event, bringing together 500 guests for a full day of food, fun, and team-building activities. Hosted under the zoo’s covered pavilion, the picnic featured a catered lunch paired with a lively round of MEGA Bingo. After lunch, guests shifted into action with a series of picnic field day games from our exclusive package, keeping the energy high and the participation strong. With a perfect mix of relaxation and interactive play, the day offered something for everyone — from kids to adults — creating a memorable experience inside one of Los Angeles' most iconic venues.
