On Saturday, September 14, 2019, our team provided full service health fair planning in South Gate, Los Angeles, transforming the parking lot of a local medical and dental facility into a fully immersive, community-focused event for approximately 250 attendees. Every element—from dual stage setups and zoned sound to interactive attractions, catering, and custom signage—was handled in-house. A key part of the experience included professionally designed vendor sponsor booths, complete with custom signs, branded linens, and full booth furnishings. Our all-inclusive approach covered audio-visual production, event rentals, entertainment, catering, and stage coordination, delivering a seamless and impactful health fair experience.
