We planned a company picnic for our client at Arcadia Park in Arcadia, CA, catering to 140 attendees. The event was filled with a diverse range of interactive activities, including carnival booths, team-building field games, yard games, bouncers, sports, and a thrilling giant inflatable slide. It was a day packed with excitement and camaraderie, capturing unforgettable moments that truly highlighted the spirit of our small, intimate gathering. This was a small company picnic at Yucaipa Regional Park where we had the privilege of providing our award-winning catering and entertainment for over 100 attendees. Our catering offerings included grill-to-bun hamburger service with a full condiment bar featuring all the traditional hamburger fixings, as well as grilled hot dogs. Sides comprised our 3-bean baked beans, a freshly cut veggie salad, and our loaded homestyle potato salad. Additionally, we set up satellite beverage stations offering freshly squeezed lemonade, sweet tea, and cold filtered water. For event entertainment, we offered our deluxe field games package, a Bingo stage show with deluxe prize giveaways, and a moon bouncer for the kids. This selection provided an ideal amount of entertainment for a small company picnic with approximately 100 attendees. We provided all the event entertainment, attractions and outdoor seating for this Woodley Park company picnic for 400 people. Woodley Park is located in Van Nuys, California. The field games and interactive challenges were customized to the demographics of the guests which were made of up corporate business adults. |
