At Brookside Park in Pasadena, we provided a complete entertainment package for The Children's Dental Fun Zone, featuring a custom field day games setup with over 30 activities, a stage, sound system, wireless mic, and an engaging game leader. We also included a bounce house-slide combo and a Dual Hoop Shot Basketball Challenge. With two prize tables and everything designed for team building and fun, 300 guests enjoyed an interactive, morale-boosting day. We had the privilege of being the company picnic planners for Eaton Aerospace in Los Angeles for the second year in a row. Last year, their picnic was held in their parking lot. This year, we moved the event to Brookside Park in Pasadena for a change of scenery. It was a day filled with socially dynamic, interactive entertainment and our award-winning onsite BBQ catering. We had the absolute pleasure of coordinating with our esteemed client, Eisner Health, as their corporate event planner for a vibrant health, wellness, and benefits information fair in the picturesque setting of Brookside Park, Pasadena, California. Our dedicated team took charge of catering, event entertainment, and all the event rentals to ensure the health fair's success. This gathering was a dedicated effort by Eisner Health to empower their members with vital insights into their benefits and overall well-being. In addition to the informative sessions, the attendees were treated to an array of interactive activities, games, and spirited seasonal contests which included a Halloween costume display and pumpkin decorating. It was a day filled with fun, learning, and memorable moments for all involved. As one of Pasadena's premiere company picnic planners, we organized this amazing corporate event for 900 people at Brookside Park, utilizing the B Annex area for our setup. We provided a vast array of entertainment options, including field games, inflatables, a dunk tank, and a painless paintball arena. The event was a memorable day of fun and excitement for all participants.
