Between the sports activities and carnival games, we strategically planned something for every guest. We brought great food, real fun, comfortable seating, and an atmosphere that made employees feel connected and appreciated, sending everyone home with memories to last a lifetime. Giving the Families of the Eaton Fire a Moment of Relief at Jackie Robinson Memorial FieldWe had the pleasure of planning Dena Day: Pass It Forward, a community outreach event for the Pasadena-Sierra Madre YMCA at Jackie Robinson Memorial Field in Pasadena. For this event, we brought sports challenges, yard games, and table games, giving families who lost so much in the Eaton Fire a day away from the weight they've been carrying. NFL quarterbacks C.J. Stroud and Bryce Young also joined the day, spending time with attendees and helping recognize local first responders for their work during the fire. Families left with backpacks, school supplies, fresh food, and free YMCA memberships to help carry them into the next chapter of recovery. It was a fantastic day where 315 employees dove into everything from team building field games and competitive sports tournaments like volleyball and kickball, to relaxing with table games, getting creative at the airbrush artist station, and joining in for a round of Mega Bingo. We even made sure the kids had a blast on the Pacific Combo playcenter. Strategic planning is at the heart of what we do. We put together an all-inclusive event package that ensured every single guest had something to do, regardless of their pace. We created a balance between the thrill of active, tournament-style play and plenty of passive entertainment for those who prefer a more laid-back vibe. Every logistical detail was handled by our team, so Whittier Trust could focus entirely on connecting and having a great time with their team. We brought in our all-inclusive setup, designed the space with purpose, and delivered a high-energy event that never missed a beat. 🐾 Yes, there were dogs. And yes, we absolutely loved it. Low-liability sports games and interactive activities for a YMCA volunteer appreciation event
We partnered with the Pasadena-Sierra Madre YMCA at Sierra Vista Park in Sierra Madre, California, providing interactive sports games and activities as part of their Volunteer Day event. The day brought together volunteers, staff, and children from the YMCA’s pop-up emergency child care program, giving kids a chance to get outside and just play.
For many of them, it was their first time back outdoors since the recent disruptions, which made the space and activities matter even more. At Brookside Park in Pasadena, we provided a complete entertainment package for The Children's Dental Fun Zone, featuring a custom field day games setup with over 30 activities, a stage, sound system, wireless mic, and an engaging game leader. We also included a bounce house-slide combo and a Dual Hoop Shot Basketball Challenge. With two prize tables and everything designed for team building and fun, 300 guests enjoyed an interactive, morale-boosting day. We had the privilege of being the company picnic planners for Eaton Aerospace in Los Angeles for the second year in a row. Last year, their picnic was held in their parking lot. This year, we moved the event to Brookside Park in Pasadena for a change of scenery. It was a day filled with socially dynamic, interactive entertainment and our award-winning onsite BBQ catering.
