The church event took over the Rec Center parking lot at a local casino with inflatables, sports attractions, and our new 175' Harvest Fun Fact Scavenger Hunt Maze. The maze gave guests the feeling of a traditional corn maze with the added fun of an educational scavenger hunt. Families walked through the inflatable pathways searching for fall facts, answering clues, and enjoying a harvest-themed attraction that felt right for kids, parents, and the community.

Company Picnic Planning at Big League Dreams in Chino Hills Southern California Credit Union 202210/16/2022 A Fall Company Picnic with Field Games, Interactive Entertainment & the New Harvest Fun Fact Scavenger Hunt MazeWe planned and produced this 500-person fall company picnic for Southern California Credit Union at Big League Dreams in Chino Hills, California. The venue gave us room to create a full picnic experience across the ballpark, with team building field games, interactive attractions, a social lounge, outdoor seating, and our Harvest Fun Fact Scavenger Hunt Maze worked into the entertainment mix. Employees and families had places to compete, relax, play, watch, and move through the event at their own pace, with our team handling the planning, layout, staffing, and entertainment from start to finish. The Vegan Nights Street Fair is a community event that takes place between Chandler Blvd and Tujunga Ave. in North Hollywood, California for two nights in October. Food Trucks and Vendors line the streets of Chandler and Tunjunga with delicious vegan delectables. There's craft and clothing vendors selling vegan products as well carnival booths, inflatables, games and music. We recently had the privilege of planning a company picnic at El Dorado Park in Long Beach, California, for over 500 people, including employees and their families. Our team took care of everything, providing a full-service event package that brought the ultimate experience to this beautiful outdoor location. From delicious, mouthwatering BBQ prepared onsite to a wide variety of fun attractions, we made sure every detail was covered for an unforgettable day. Field games, bounce houses, face painters, caricature artists, and a range of exciting rides were just the beginning. We also set up areas for families to enjoy, offering something for all ages. When it comes to company picnic planning, organizing an event for 300 guests at the scenic Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve in San Diego County is a perfect choice. Set by the tranquil shores of Lake 5, the day kicked off at 11 am, with guests welcomed into a beautifully arranged lakeside venue. Our professional catering team served up sizzling BBQ lunches, while guests enjoyed classic carnival snacks at our fun food booths. Throughout the grounds, satellite beverage stations kept everyone refreshed. To amp up the energy, we turned the grassy area into an action-packed zone with interactive attractions, sports challenges, and carnival games, creating a memorable day for all. Planning a Company Picnic at Guasti Park in Ontario, CA means delivering a full-scale experience for thousands—just like we did for 2,000 guests at this dynamic event. Held at the spacious Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park, this company picnic brought together all-ages entertainment, strategically grouped activities, custom catering prepared onsite, and comfort-focused amenities designed to keep people moving, connecting, and having fun. From immersive surround sound and shaded seating to high-throughput event zones, every detail was thoughtfully executed.
