We planned a fully organized Olympic-themed company picnic at Woodley Park in Van Nuys for 400 employees, creating a seamless, interactive, and competitive team-building experience. Our all-inclusive Olympic Games package featured custom game stations, professional referees, team flags, and a structured competition, all designed to engage employees in a fun and memorable way. As part of our company picnic planning services, we set up a grand stage with a 3-tier winners' rostrum, where employees received gold, silver, and bronze medals to celebrate their achievements. Our team also handled onsite catering, serving a fresh BBQ buffet, and created multiple activity zones, including a volleyball court and dedicated adult picnic activities with interactive games. We had the pleasure of planning a company picnic at El Segundo Recreation Park in El Segundo, we provided all the entertainment, including bouncers, field games as well as all the tables, chairs, umbrellas. This public, urban park is located in a suburb of Los Angeles, near El Segundo Beach. We utilized all five picnic areas, each with a capacity of 50 people, providing ample space for up to 425 attendees. At this company picnic we provided family-friendly entertainment and event services at OC Great Park in Irvine, California. There were approx 400 people in attendance to enjoy the interactive activities, field day games and inflatables that we provided. Interact Event Productions delivered an immersive experience full of beach-inspired company picnic games, event zones for every age and social type, and freshly prepared on-site catering. The combination of Hawaiian flair, luau-style décor, and interactive attractions turned this summer gathering into an unforgettable beachfront escape. We had the opportunity to support the Alpinestars Milestone Motocross Event celebrating Supercross Champion Jason Anderson at Milestone MX Park in Riverside, CA on July 9, 2019. This high-energy day brought together motocross fans and industry leaders under the California sun, and we were glad to play a small role in the setup. While we typically provide full event production packages, we made a rare exception to offer our seating services only — because when motocross calls, we answer. Especially when Tim Ward, a longtime supporter and motocross enthusiast himself, personally wanted to help bring this event to life.  |
