Full-Service Youth Outreach & Health Fair Planning for YMCA Healthy Kids Day: A Day of Play for LA4/13/2025
This is our third year producing the YMCA 2025 Healthy Kids Day: A Day of Play for LA at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, a major youth outreach and health fair event in Los Angeles. Once again, we provided everything from start to finish, offering full-service event planning that covered all the event services and entertainment. From sports-themed activities designed to keep kids active and engaged, to providing vendor/sponsor tents, water stations, surround sound, stage setup, and all necessary equipment—if it was there, we provided it. No third parties. No juggling vendors. Just one all-inclusive package that delivered more bang for the buck. The YMCA keeps bringing us back because we make it easy to create an impactful, community-focused event that brings families from all over Greater Los Angeles together for a healthy, active day of play. We had the privilege of planning a company picnic at Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas for 200 employees and their families from Adrianna’s Insurance. We delivered a full-service event that featured delicious onsite catering prepared by our award-winning chefs, high-energy picnic challenges, adult games, bouncers for the kids, sports activities, and interactive challenges! There was something for everyone--strategically zoned to engage different age groups and create a socially dynamic atmosphere. We designed the layout to keep everything visually clean, easy to move through, and engaging for all ages—so guests could connect, participate, or just relax without missing a thing. Planning an elementary school field day is all about creating memories that stick—moments where kids get to break out of the classroom routine, run wild with excitement, and connect with each other and their families in a totally different way. We live for these moments. School events are some of our favorite ones to plan, especially when they're as special as the Mother-Son Field Day we produced for Pennekamp Elementary right on their campus in Manhattan Beach on March 28, 2025. From the energy on the field to the laughs, high-fives, and friendly competition, it was one of those days that reminded us exactly why we do what we do. We brought the energy to The Dignity Health Sports Park with an all-inclusive youth sports package for the YMCA’s Annual Girls’ Empowerment Day—a dynamic celebration of International Women’s Day. This incredible event welcomed 3,000+ middle school and high school girls from across Los Angeles, giving them the chance to explore, compete, and have fun with a variety of interactive sports activities. Designed to inspire confidence and teamwork, our setup encouraged participants to step outside their comfort zones, try new challenges, and experience the excitement of athletic competition in a supportive environment. We had the pleasure of planning a company picnic at Friendship Park in Avondale, Arizona for Dick's Sporting Goods Warehouse. This all-inclusive event featured delicious catering, interactive challenges, and fun-filled activities for employees and their families. From grilled Angus burgers to funnel cakes and exciting field games like an obstacle course and cornhole tournament, the day was packed with entertainment and memorable moments. With comfortable seating, a custom stage, and a lively host, the picnic was a huge success, creating lasting memories for everyone involved!
We had the privilege of planning an exciting youth outreach event for the Pasadena-Sierra Madre YMCA, held at Sierra Vista Park in Sierra Madre, California. The event welcomed youth from the YMCA’s emergency pop-up childcare program and featured a variety of interactive challenges and sports activities tailored to all ages. Our custom entertainment package created a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere, celebrating volunteer appreciation with a mix of unique, high-throughput, low-liability activities. Having planned youth sports events, health fairs, and other local celebrations for the Pasadena-Sierra Madre YMCA, it’s always an honor to offer them more bang for their buck.
We transformed J&K Fresh's office space in Gardena into a dazzling Roarin' 20s-themed casino for their company Christmas party. With classic Vegas games like roulette, blackjack, craps, and Texas Hold ‘Em, a full bar, and employees dressed to impress in flapper gowns and dapper suits, the evening captured the elegance and excitement of the Jazz Age. Hosting the event onsite saved venue costs and added flexibility, creating a memorable and stylish celebration for everyone in attendance. For Christmas on Euclid 2024, we managed all aspects of the community event planning, offering a wide range of entertainment options, including winter-themed activities, inflatable rides, a snowball toss, a carousel bouncer, and more. We also provided a customized ticket booth, allowing attendees to purchase punch cards for pay-to-play attractions. To ensure the event had perfect audio, we set up satellite surround sound speakers, playing family-friendly music throughout the venue. With our all-inclusive packages, we made the planning process seamless, helping the City of Ontario host a memorable and successful community fair. We had the privilege of planning a company Christmas party in the parking lot for Chick-Fil-A in South Gate, complete with Christmas-themed entertainment, a fun sports zone, exciting adult games, inflatables for the kids, and all the essentials like tables, chairs, and surround sound. Our all-inclusive package provided an affordable, family-friendly Christmas celebration right at their workplace, creating a memorable experience for the whole team. For the Local 1932 Teamsters Union in San Bernardino, California, we transformed their parking lot into an unforgettable company holiday party filled with unique Christmas and winter themed entertainment and activities. Highlights included our exclusive 40' x 40' Interactive Winter Wonderland Maze with a 150' themed scavenger hunt, a towering 30' Dancing Snowman Bouncer, and a festive Photos with Santa booth offering instant prints for employees and their families. We also provided engaging games like Revolution, Playback Memory Challenge, Strike Zone, and a Mini Putting area with 3 fun golf holes. Every detail was designed to create a high-energy, interactive experience that brought holiday cheer to all attendees. We had the pleasure of planning the company holiday party for the Local 848 Teamsters Union at the West Covina Elks Lodge. This Christmastime event featured an extraordinary catering menu with BBQ chicken sliders, mac and cheese with bacon, fruit salad, and festive desserts like funnel cakes and cookies. We provided a variety of interactive entertainment, including face painters, caricature artists, and a balloon twister, along with a Santa Claus Photobooth complete with a Santa chair, red carpet, and velvet stanchions. Our surround sound audio package played family-friendly music, and we also provided wireless microphones for the raffle games. By scheduling the event on a Sunday and offering an affordable catering package, we kept costs low while delivering a memorable and engaging holiday celebration in West Covina that exceeded expectations. Corporate Fall Carnival Festival Planning in the Parking Lot for Weber Metals in Paramount11/16/2024
We had the privilege of partnering with Pacific Tents & Events in planning a corporate carnival for Fall for Weber Metals, transforming their parking lot in Paramount into an exciting midway amusement park. The event featured traditional red-and-blue wooden carnival booths loaded with hanging prizes, midway sports games, inflatable playcenters, bouncers, and interactive attractions designed for teens, adults, and thrill seekers. Employees and their families enjoyed a fun-filled fall festival right at their workplace, creating lasting memories for all ages. For APU's 37th Night of Champions in Azusa, we provided a complete youth outreach event entertainment package tailored to inspire and engage. From an interactive kids' zone with thrilling obstacle courses and inflatables to a sports zone packed with dynamic activities like human foosball and soccer darts, we ensured nonstop fun for participants. Our Deluxe Field Games package brought energy and teamwork, while our in-house event planning expertise guaranteed every detail was seamless. It was an honor to support this impactful event, creating an unforgettable experience for youth from across Southern California. We had the privilege of planning a team building Social Event for the RMUC 2024 (Rent Manager User Conference), an annual gathering for property management professionals to connect and learn best practices. Our team was responsible for the social event, which took place on the evening of Tuesday, November 5th, at the Big League Dreams Ballpark in Cathedral City. This exclusive VIP team building event catered to professionals and was an integral part of the four-day conference. Our company picnic planning at Rancho Jurupa Regional Park in Riverside was a huge success! We provided an all-inclusive package with exciting entertainment, interactive field games, and delicious on-site catering for Clayton Homes. From the Kids Zone to the Adult Zone, and everything in between, our team made sure every detail was covered for a fun-filled and memorable day. For company picnic planning at Ted Craig Regional Park in Fullerton, we organized a vibrant event for Best Formulations, catering to 300 employees and their families. The company picnic catering was customized to suit all ages and the client's budget, offering a delicious selection of grilled meats and savory side dishes that kept everyone satisfied. Entertainment included Deluxe Field Day Games with a custom backdrop and stage, a variety of exciting inflatables, and interactive activities designed for both kids and adults. The Adult Zone provided a more relaxed environment with adult-focused picnic games that encouraged friendly competition and socializing. We also set up comfortable seating areas with 60-inch round tables and market umbrellas, ensuring a great space for guests to eat, relax, and enjoy the festivities. We had the privilege of helping St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Henderson, Nevada, with their Fall Carnival, held on Sunday, October 22, from 11 AM to 3 PM. The event featured an exciting lineup of interactive challenges, including our Intergalactic Escape Room, fun bouncers for the kids, and passive games like Jumbo Jenga. To ensure the perfect audio experience, we strategically placed satellite speaker clusters throughout the parking lot for optimal sound clarity and distribution. Wireless mic zones allowed for targeted announcements in specific areas or across the entire event. It was an exciting day for this fall church carnival!  Summer Camp Picnic Planning at Mar Vista Recreation Center in Los Angeles for Connexity Employees10/17/2024
For Connexity’s company picnic at Mar Vista Recreation Center in Los Angeles, we crafted an immersive summer camp experience that was both engaging and memorable. Our all-inclusive event package featured delicious camp-inspired foods like BBQ chicken sliders with coleslaw, corn dogs, and grilled corn on the cob, along with fun treats such as strawberry funnel cakes, freshly popped popcorn, and shaved ice. We also set up a tented beverage bar offering lemonade, sweet tea, filtered water, and an adult beverage bar with beer and wine. The entertainment included our Deluxe Field Day Games package, packed with high-energy team-building games led by our interactive hosts, which brought everyone together for some friendly competition. A dunk tank added an extra splash of excitement, while an arts and crafts station allowed attendees to make friendship bracelets and tie-dye items as keepsakes. Connexity’s team enjoyed a day of bonding and fun in a relaxed, well-equipped park setting perfect for this 100-person event.
For Wallner Expac's 65th Anniversary Celebration in Ontario, California, we took care of every detail in the corporate carnival planning, transforming their company parking lot into an immersive carnival experience. We brought the theme to life with a variety of exciting entertainment, including bounce houses, carnival games, and an airbrush artist creating custom tattoos. A charismatic MC hosted the event, keeping the energy high and engaging guests with jokes, interactive announcements, and prize giveaways for the kids, adding a personal touch to the celebration. Our in-house catering team served a fresh, made-on-site buffet along with fun food stations like shaved ice and popcorn. With everything thoughtfully planned and executed, the event was a memorable and festive way for Wallner Expac to celebrate their milestone anniversary. Every year, we’re excited to bring the Fall Harvest Festival to St. Cyprian Catholic Church’s parking lot! For three fun-filled days, we create a pay-to-play fundraising event complete with carnival games, thrilling attractions like a 30' Rock Wall and 300' Zipline, immersive escape rooms, and inflatables suited for all ages. A diverse selection of food vendors and ticket stations add to the lively atmosphere, while our deluxe surround sound system fills the area with family-friendly music and announcements. With secure fencing and careful planning, we turn their parking lot into a safe, bustling amusement park experience for everyone. As company picnic planners, we expertly organized the Morongo Summerfest, an employee summer camp, at Noble Creek Regional Park in Beaumont, California. Our team coordinated the entire event, from the company picnic to the softball tournament, ensuring a fun-filled day for Morongo Casino staff and their families. We provided expertly crafted BBQ catering for 1500 people, with a live chef service, and created multiple event zones like the Sports Zone, Kids Zone, Water Zone, and Adult Fun Zone. With engaging activities, delicious food, and seamless logistics, we made this event truly memorable for all attendees. We had the pleasure of planning an engaging, adult-focused carnival experience "State Fair theme" at the Hoover Institute in Stanford, CA. This immersive, colorful event featured classic carnival games like Coke Bottle Ring Toss, Skee Ball, and the High Striker, along with exciting challenges like the Western Shoot Out. Guests enjoyed a gourmet lineup of fair-inspired foods, including BBQ chicken sliders, corn dogs, and Impossible veggie patties, all prepared by our in-house catering team. With a lively mix of games, delicious food, and a high-energy atmosphere, the event was an unforgettable day of fun and appreciation for the Hoover Institute team. We had the privilege of planning an employee team building event for Southern California Edison, where their all-inclusive package included everything needed for our Build-A-Bike for Charity experience. In this engaging, hands-on event, 40 teams competed in 6 different challenges to earn bike parts, ultimately building 40 bikes. The event combined creativity, teamwork, and philanthropy, fostering a high-energy atmosphere that strengthened team dynamics while giving back to the community. All the employees worked together through each challenge, solving problems, earning parts, and assembling the bikes for local children. Check out this highlight reel! We had the privilege of organizing Nucor’s Employee Luncheon at Whittier Narrows Park to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. This all-inclusive event featured delicious food, team-building field games, and fun inflatables for all ages. From the thrilling Rocky Island Obstacle Course to interactive stations like Soccer Darts and airbrush art, there was something for everyone. The Adult Picnic Zone added extra fun with games like air hockey, foosball, and giant Jenga. We also provided essential amenities like tables, chairs, sound systems, and cooling stations to ensure a smooth, memorable day of celebration and team bonding under the Los Angeles sun.
