Our team can serve up to 700 people in just 30 minutes at a single station. With quick, efficient service and friendly staff, guests will enjoy tasty treats without long waits.

🍓 Funnel Cakes with Powdered Sugar & Strawberries

Our funnel cakes are perfect for community events and company picnics because they offer a fun, carnival inspired snack to the guests.  With our professional funnel cake set up we can put out twenty 4-inch funnel cakes every 20 minutes. We do 4-inch funnel cakes instead of the regular 8-inch ones that they do at the fair because we're looking to offer a light snack not a full blown meal to share. 4-Inch funnel cakes cook quicker, and are a great small snack, which is what we want because you don't want people to fill up on funnel cake like they would at the fair.  This is to be a light carnival fun food, a snack before the actual BBQ catering that we serve.

Our freshly popped popcorn is a classic treat, perfect for adding a nostalgic touch to company picnics and community events. Served in vintage-style popcorn bags, this snack evokes the feeling of an old-fashioned carnival. We pop the corn on-site, ensuring each bag is filled with warm, buttery popcorn that's light and crunchy. This fun, bite-sized snack keeps guests satisfied without spoiling their appetite for the BBQ catering we provide, making it an ideal choice for any event.

🍧 Shaved Ice with Flavorful Syrups​

​Our shaved ice is a refreshing and fun treat, perfect for company picnics and carnivals. With our professional shaved ice setup, we can serve up to 100 cups of shaved ice every 20 minutes. Unlike traditional snow cones, our shaved ice is finely shaved, creating a soft, fluffy texture that absorbs the flavored syrups perfectly. We offer a variety of flavors, including sugar-free syrup options, so everyone can enjoy this cool treat. This light, refreshing snack is meant to cool guests off in between all the exciting activities.

🍭 Fluffy Spun Cotton Candy​

Our cotton candy brings a whimsical, carnival-inspired treat to any company picnic or community fair. We serve freshly spun pink cotton candy, made on-site with our professional cotton candy machine. Each batch is light, airy, and melts in your mouth, offering a fun snack that's perfect for guests of all ages. Unlike store-bought options, our cotton candy is freshly spun to order, ensuring maximum fluffiness and flavor. This sweet, light treat adds a touch of that carnival nostalgia to the event.
