We believe a picnic is an experience that should produce lifetime memories, increase relations, and boost morale of any given group (including all social types and age variances). The take-home experience is our focus. With 40 years of experience and one of the nation’s largest (in-house) inventories, we believe we are absolutely the best choice.

​This is a simple guide to help keep a realistic focus on your best event! 

Food Service Typically Represents 40-55% of the Event Budget.

Food service prices are 100% all-inclusive based on 300+ servings. All food is made on-site with our state-of-the-art portable commissary setup. If there are fewer than 300 people, there will be a staff and commissary surcharge based on service time and quantities. Events over 1,200 servings will receive an additional discount, with no required gratuity, additional perishable fees, tables, staff fees, or surcharges--just simple pricing and no surprises.

Interactive Entertainment Typically Accounts for 20-35% of the Event Budget.

When asked to choose entertainment for a client, we do our best to stay under budget and ensure a good fit for the demographics of attendees. 'Something for everyone' is the goal! We own hundreds of attractions and in most cases can theme an event with staple items.

Other Items Such as Tables, Tents, Chairs, Power, etc., Typically Constitute 10-30% of the Event Budget.

Everything is adjustable, customizable, and comes from our inventory so that we can get you the best bang for your buck.

Needed Event Essentials

We offer comprehensive event solutions, handling everything in-house from start to finish. With a vast inventory of entertainment, rides, tables, tents, chairs, and food & beverage services—all conveniently available in-house—we ensure that every aspect of your event is covered. By owning our entire inventory, we're able to deliver exceptional value, providing the biggest impact for your budget.

• ​Tables, chairs, tents, and power (based on shade, seating needs and power requirements)​.
• ​Specialty decor (not common, but fun to add)
• ​Team members for production: set crew, serve crew, strike crew and event technician and/or manager. Based on set up duration, operating hours and take down time​.
• Administrative service charge is for gas, transportation, insurance, and permits (if needed).  Administration fees cover any specialty prize ordering, wrist bands, marketing material, direction signage etc. ​Difficult load in fees (sand, long distance, roof top).
