We brought the energy to The Dignity Health Sports Park with an all-inclusive youth sports package for the YMCA’s Annual Girls’ Empowerment Day—a dynamic celebration of International Women’s Day. This incredible event welcomed 3,000+ middle school and high school girls from across Los Angeles, giving them the chance to explore, compete, and have fun with a variety of interactive sports activities. Designed to inspire confidence and teamwork, our setup encouraged participants to step outside their comfort zones, try new challenges, and experience the excitement of athletic competition in a supportive environment. We were honored to provide our company picnic planning services to AEG Worldwide for their Employee Summer Camp at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California. This employee appreciation event featured our exclusive field games package, rides, and various activities, creating a day of interactive, socially dynamic fun in the sun for all who attended. The event not only boosted employee morale but also forged robust team dynamics, empowering participants to return as a united force, ready to conquer challenges together. To commemorate International Women's Day, AEG's Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA, proudly hosted 3,000 young girls at the YMCA's 3rd Annual Girls Empowerment Day, a youth outreach event. In collaboration with the Los Angeles Unified School District, Los Angeles Unified School District Region East, and LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, we curated an unforgettable community event experience. We provided all the dynamic sports activities showcased in our highlight video, every moment was designed to inspire and empower. Additionally, we provided sparkling beverage stations to ensure the young ladies stayed refreshed throughout the day. We had the honor and privilege of being the company picnic planner for this large corporate carnival picnic at the Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson California for 600+ people. There was corporate carnival activities, games, attractions, catering, carnival fun foods, and event rentals like tables, chairs, tents, surround sound, presentation stage, balloon entry arches and so much more! Take a walk through this picture perfect corporate carnival picnic at the Dignity Health Sports Park. We had the privilege of planning a company picnic for Arconic, held at their business facility parking lot in Carson, California, for approximately 600 attendees, including employees and their families. For this event, we provided all the entertainment and rentals, including large inflatables, competitive sports activities, carnival games, water activities like a dunk tank and giant waterslide, and our deluxe field day games package. We transformed the parking lot into a lively amusement park, packed with delicious food and endless fun for everyone. |
