Socially-Dynamic, Adult-Focused Activities for A Country Club Event in Long BeacH, California7/1/2023
Our client wanted a fun, outdoors, 4th of July social event for their country club in Long Beach, California with entertainment that was socially engaging for this community of adults and their families. This is a golf course country club so the country club wished to have some golf-theme activities added in as well. Whenever we put together a community event like this we ALWAYS take into consideration the age and demographic of the guests attending. This was an outdoor social event for an active-adult lifestyle community and their families. We chose event entertainment for the adults that would be appealing to country club golf members and their families, which included children of all ages. We had the pleasure of being the official event planner for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation company picnic that took place at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks, California. This corporate picnic was off the chain with some of our best BBQ catering, fun foods and of course, adult beverage services. This is a super fun company picnic for 600+ people at Middle Harbor Shoreline Park in Oakland, California. The company picnic included catering, fun foods, rides & attractions, field games and picnic table & chair rentals. We provided the interactive entertainment, casino games, refreshments, fun foods and rides for this fashion college's graduation celebration at Grand Hope Park in Los Angeles California. We picked out the very best activities and games to fit the age and demographic of the people at the event. This company picnic for 700 people was held in Fullerton, California at the customer's facility. For this Fullerton company picnic we served a mouthwatering BBQ lunch, provided TONS of interactive entertainment and rentals like tables, chairs, umbrellas and service tents. We provided all the event services for this community health outreach event that included rentals, sound, stage and interactive activities & entertainment. Every year we are given the privelage of providing the custom entertainment and event rentals for the Los Angeles Vegan Street Fair located in North Hollywood, California. This historic holiday tradition has been gracing Euclid street in Ontario, California since 1922 and we were honored to be a part of it this Holiday Season. a Winter Celebration for 300 at the Local 1932 Teamsters Facility!We were honored to cater and provide winter-themed interactive entertainment for 300 attendees at the Local Teamsters Christmas Party in San Bernardino, California. The festive celebration unfolded in their spacious parking lot, allowing us to unveil our latest attraction, the Winter Wonderland Discovery Scavenger Hunt, creating a memorable experience for all. We lined the parking lot of Willams Furnace Company with rides and interactive attractions and provided the guests mouth watering catering options like tri-tip, chicken, all-beef hot dogs, salads and dessert. This October 31st Harvest Festival Event in Apline, California featured our NEW Harvest Scavenger Hunt Maze! Our Harvest Scavenger Hunt is a 180-foot educational discovery maze designed with a Harvest Fall Theme. The weather in the San Diego area, where this event is located is beautiful. Southern California Credit Union Company Picnic in Chino Hills, CaliforniaWe had the most exciting interactive activities around every turn at this company picnic in Chino Hills. The venue was at the Big League Dreams facility in Chino Hills where we brought our NEW Harvest Fun Fact Scavenger Hunt! The World's First Harvest-Themed Inflatable Scavenger Hunt! The Vegan Nights Street Fair is a community event that takes place between Chandler Blvd and Tujunga Ave. in North Hollywood, California for two nights in October. Food Trucks and Vendors line the streets of Chandler and Tunjunga with delicious vegan delectables. There's craft and clothing vendors selling vegan products as well carnival booths, inflatables, games and music.
