On May 20, 2025, we planned a 6th grade promotion celebration for Rolling Ridge Elementary in Chino, California—and the feedback from students and staff said it all: "Better than Disneyland."

We brought our full-service company picnic planning to El Segundo Recreation Park for a 300-guest event with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF), and it couldn’t have been a better fit. On Friday, May 16th, we supported the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles with a simple setup for their youth outreach luncheon, welcoming foster youth partners to the Ketchum Downtown YMCA on Hope Street. While the event was modest in scope, we brought the same focus and professionalism we deliver at our largest productions. Our highlight reel for this event shows our crew in action—setting up tables, laying down clean linens, and making sure every seat was aligned just right. We don’t just drop off equipment; we create a clean, functional space with an inviting layout, ideal for conversation and community. Whether it’s a full-scale festival or a smaller-scale luncheon, we bring strategic design and purpose to everything we do. On Thursday, May 15, we handled corporate luncheon catering for 100 SEIU members at Civic Center Plaza in Santa Ana. Organized during contract negotiations, this mid-week event had a tight two-hour window—just enough time to deliver a full-service lunch that felt both fast and thoughtful. We brought in a compact setup built for outdoor efficiency: a tented taco bar with everything grilled onsite, a dedicated beverage station, and shaded outdoor seating dressed in SEIU’s signature purple linens. It was exactly the kind of event we’re known for—quick, organized, and packed with flavor. When Grupo Chilero (Chef Merito Seasonings) asked us to produce their first-ever company picnic for 350 employees and their families, we delivered a full-service experience that brought together great food, interactive entertainment, and thoughtful planning. Hosted at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area, this event had everything: smoked tri-tip and grilled BBQ chicken served fresh on-site, a high-energy field day games zone, inflatable attractions for kids and adults, and plenty of shaded seating to keep guests comfortable all day long. As a primarily Spanish-speaking team of culinary professionals, this crowd knows flavor — so when they raved about the catering, we knew we hit the mark. This is our third year producing the YMCA 2025 Healthy Kids Day: A Day of Play for LA at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, a major youth outreach and health fair event in Los Angeles. Once again, we provided everything from start to finish, offering full-service event planning that covered all the event services and entertainment. From sports-themed activities designed to keep kids active and engaged, to providing vendor/sponsor tents, water stations, surround sound, stage setup, and all necessary equipment—if it was there, we provided it. No third parties. No juggling vendors. Just one all-inclusive package that delivered more bang for the buck. The YMCA keeps bringing us back because we make it easy to create an impactful, community-focused event that brings families from all over Greater Los Angeles together for a healthy, active day of play. We had the privilege of planning a company picnic at Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas for 200 employees and their families from Adrianna’s Insurance. We delivered a full-service event that featured delicious onsite catering prepared by our award-winning chefs, high-energy picnic challenges, adult games, bouncers for the kids, sports activities, and interactive challenges! There was something for everyone--strategically zoned to engage different age groups and create a socially dynamic atmosphere. We designed the layout to keep everything visually clean, easy to move through, and engaging for all ages—so guests could connect, participate, or just relax without missing a thing. On March 29, 2025, Interact Event Productions transformed Big League Dreams Chino Hills into the ultimate playground for United Paving’s 250-person company picnic. We didn’t just set up tables and chairs — we brought the full production that turned the park into an all-ages arena of nonstop fun. This was a true community mix — parents, kids, and a mostly Spanish-speaking crowd — and we made sure everyone had their moment in the spotlight. Our Deluxe Field Games Zone with a custom XTreme backdrop and stage pulled in waves of competitors. The towering 18’ Double Lane Slide had kids lining up for race-after-race thrills, while the Sports Playcenter — a bouncer-and-slide combo decked out in a sports theme — kept the younger crowd jumping, climbing, and laughing without pause. Oversized classics like cornhole, jumbo Jenga, and ping pong anchored the chill zones, while surround sound and music pumped energy across the venue. When we take over Big League Dreams, a company picnic stops being “just a picnic” — it was five hours of chaos in the best way — slides packed, games rolling, and families throwing down like it was a championship. Planning an elementary school field day is all about creating memories that stick—moments where kids get to break out of the classroom routine, run wild with excitement, and connect with each other and their families in a totally different way. We live for these moments. School events are some of our favorite ones to plan, especially when they're as special as the Mother-Son Field Day we produced for Pennekamp Elementary right on their campus in Manhattan Beach on March 28, 2025. From the energy on the field to the laughs, high-fives, and friendly competition, it was one of those days that reminded us exactly why we do what we do. We brought the energy to The Dignity Health Sports Park with an all-inclusive youth sports package for the YMCA’s Annual Girls’ Empowerment Day—a dynamic celebration of International Women’s Day. This incredible event welcomed 3,000+ middle school and high school girls from across Los Angeles, giving them the chance to explore, compete, and have fun with a variety of interactive sports activities. Designed to inspire confidence and teamwork, our setup encouraged participants to step outside their comfort zones, try new challenges, and experience the excitement of athletic competition in a supportive environment. At Friendship Park in Avondale, we produced a full-scale company picnic in Arizona for Dick’s Sporting Goods Warehouse that delivered on every detail. Our onsite catering team served Angus burgers hot off the grill and funnel cakes that disappeared as fast as we could make them, while the field games turned into serious bragging rights — from obstacle courses to cornhole battles. A custom stage, plenty of shaded seating, and a host who kept the crowd laughing tied it all together. The result was a company picnic that hit the mark on food, fun, and team spirit all in one day.

The event welcomed youth from the YMCA’s emergency pop-up childcare program and featured a variety of interactive challenges and sports activities tailored to all ages. Our custom entertainment package created a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere, celebrating volunteer appreciation with a mix of unique, high-throughput, low-liability activities. Having planned youth sports events, health fairs, and other local celebrations for the Pasadena-Sierra Madre YMCA, it’s always an honor to offer them more bang for their buck.
We transformed J&K Fresh's office space in Gardena into a dazzling Roarin' 20s-themed casino for their company Christmas party. With classic Vegas games like roulette, blackjack, craps, and Texas Hold ‘Em, a full bar, and employees dressed to impress in flapper gowns and dapper suits, the evening captured the elegance and excitement of the Jazz Age. Hosting the event onsite saved venue costs and added flexibility, creating a memorable and stylish celebration for everyone in attendance. For Christmas on Euclid 2024, we managed all aspects of the community event planning, offering a wide range of entertainment options, including winter-themed activities, inflatable rides, a snowball toss, a carousel bouncer, and more. We also provided a customized ticket booth, allowing attendees to purchase punch cards for pay-to-play attractions. To ensure the event had perfect audio, we set up satellite surround sound speakers, playing family-friendly music throughout the venue. With our all-inclusive packages, we made the planning process seamless, helping the City of Ontario host a memorable and successful community fair. We had the privilege of planning a company Christmas party in the parking lot for Chick-Fil-A in South Gate, complete with Christmas-themed entertainment, a fun sports zone, exciting adult games, inflatables for the kids, and all the essentials like tables, chairs, and surround sound. Our all-inclusive package provided an affordable, family-friendly Christmas celebration right at their workplace, creating a memorable experience for the whole team. For the Local 1932 Teamsters Union in San Bernardino, California, we transformed their parking lot into an unforgettable company holiday party filled with unique Christmas and winter themed entertainment and activities. Highlights included our exclusive 40' x 40' Interactive Winter Wonderland Maze with a 150' themed scavenger hunt, a towering 30' Dancing Snowman Bouncer, and a festive Photos with Santa booth offering instant prints for employees and their families. We also provided engaging games like Revolution, Playback Memory Challenge, Strike Zone, and a Mini Putting area with 3 fun golf holes. Every detail was designed to create a high-energy, interactive experience that brought holiday cheer to all attendees. We had the pleasure of planning the company holiday party for the Local 848 Teamsters Union at the West Covina Elks Lodge. This Christmastime event featured an extraordinary catering menu with BBQ chicken sliders, mac and cheese with bacon, fruit salad, and festive desserts like funnel cakes and cookies. We provided a variety of interactive entertainment, including face painters, caricature artists, and a balloon twister, along with a Santa Claus Photobooth complete with a Santa chair, red carpet, and velvet stanchions. Our surround sound audio package played family-friendly music, and we also provided wireless microphones for the raffle games. By scheduling the event on a Sunday and offering an affordable catering package, we kept costs low while delivering a memorable and engaging holiday celebration in West Covina that exceeded expectations. |
