All-inclusive youth outreach event production for International Women’s Day, bringing over 3,000 middle and high school girls together for sports activities, community partners, and on-site hydrationTo celebrate International Women’s Day, YMCA’s 3rd Annual Girls Empowerment Day brought over 3,000 middle and high school girls to Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California. In partnership with the YMCA, LA28, and local organizations, we helped produce a youth outreach event built around movement, participation, and real interaction. From the sports challenges featured throughout the event to the hydration stations placed across the field, everything was set up to keep the girls active, involved, and moving throughout the day. It was a full field experience that gave them space to try different activities, connect with each other, and be part of something bigger tied to International Women’s Day.
