To commemorate International Women's Day, AEG's Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA, proudly hosted 3,000 young girls at the YMCA's 3rd Annual Girls Empowerment Day, a youth outreach event. In collaboration with the Los Angeles Unified School District, Los Angeles Unified School District Region East, and LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, we curated an unforgettable community event experience. We provided all the dynamic sports activities showcased in our highlight video, every moment was designed to inspire and empower. Additionally, we provided sparkling beverage stations to ensure the young ladies stayed refreshed throughout the day. Empowering Youth: Community Event Planning in Carson, California

We have a deep passion for organizing community youth outreach events like this one for the YMCA. Over 40 years ago, we began as a local youth outreach event planning company before expanding into larger corporate team-building endeavors. The YMCA wanted the sports challenges we provided to align with the overall sports theme and the event sponsors' preferences. At the entrance, the girls were greeted with an array of goodies and gifts at the welcome registration booths. The event sponsors set up their own booths to engage the girls in activities that empower their futures.
