We had the privilege of planning a company picnic at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, organizing an incredible "Hilton Summer Family Event" for 2024. Our all-inclusive pacakge catered to 250 attendees, creating an unforgettable day for both the adults and kids. We provided gourmet, freshly prepared food and beverages, along with a wide array of entertainment options, including field games, adult picnic activities, sports, and interactive challenges. Company Picnic Planning at Conejo Creek North Park In Thousand Oaks, CaFor the Hilton Foundation Summer Family Event, we selected the Lakeside Pavilion at Conejo Creek North Park as the ideal venue for this unforgettable gathering. This expansive location comfortably accommodates up to 400 guests, with a large grass area perfect for inflatables, field games, and engaging adult picnic activities. We took care of all the details, including obtaining park permits, providing liability insurance, and ensuring every aspect of the event was fully coordinated. Our client was able to relax and enjoy their company picnic, knowing everything was expertly handled. Attendees can collect their swag bags, buffet and drink bracelets, and receive all essential event information at these booths right when they get to the park.  Not only are our Welcome Booths visually appealing, but they also help us efficiently manage the event by handling guest registration and distributing food and beverage service bands. THE LAKESIDE PAVILION Provided Amble Room for the Catering and Guest DiningThe shaded picnic seating at the pavilion also helped save on table and chair costs, as these were not needed for this event. We set up the catering service booths close to the seating area, allowing guests to easily take their food to their tables.  For the Hilton Foundation Summer Family Event, all catering was freshly prepared on-site by our team and served from our custom food service booths. Each booth featured digitally printed signs, flagging, and table covers to clearly identify the food and its location. We offered a variety of options, including gourmet BBQ, stand-alone vegan dishes, and grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. Condiments and cold beverages were also presented in separate booths with a matching design, creating a cohesive and well-organized experience for the entire event.
