We had the privilege of organizing an incredible Hilton Summer Family Event at Conejo Creek North Park in Thousand Oaks for the N. Conrad Hilton Foundation. For the Hilton Foundation Summer Family Event, we chose the Lakeside Pavilion at Conejo Creek North Park. This spacious venue location accommodates up to 400 people and features a large grass area perfect for inflatables, field games, and interactive adult picnic activities.

A Warm Welcome to the Summer Family Event with our Guest Registration Booths

Our Welcome Booths are the ideal solution for guiding guests to the company picnic while offering a seamless check-in experience. Attendees can collect their swag bags, buffet and drink bracelets, and receive all essential event information at these booths right when they get to the park. 

Not only are our Welcome Booths visually appealing, but they also help us efficiently manage the event by handling guest registration and distributing food and beverage service bands.

THE LAKESIDE PAVILION Provided Amble Room for the Catering and Guest Dining

​The shaded picnic seating at the pavilion also helped save on table and chair costs, as these were not needed for this event. We set up the catering service booths close to the seating area, allowing guests to easily take their food to their tables. 

For the Hilton Foundation Summer Family Event, all catering was freshly prepared on-site by our team and served from our custom food service booths. Each booth featured digitally printed signs, flagging, and table covers to clearly identify the food and its location. We offered a variety of options, including gourmet BBQ, stand-alone vegan dishes, and grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. Condiments and cold beverages were also presented in separate booths with a matching design, creating a cohesive and well-organized experience for the entire event.

One of the unique aspects of our company is our award-winning BBQ catering, prepared by our team for an unmatched taste. Our head chef, who has been with us since 1991, has crafted over 100 dishes, creating a menu that caters to all preferences and dietary restrictions. We offer a wide range of options, including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free recipes that are simply irresistible. Every dish is made fresh onsite, ensuring that each bite is as perfect as the last.

​The larger attractions were positioned to the left of the field games zone, while to the right, we had the sports area, a princess bounce house, and dual-lane skeeball. Adjacent to these was our Fun Zone (read more about that below).

​For a tasty treat, we served freshly popped popcorn, spun-to-order cotton candy, and shaved ice with a variety of flavors in our custom Fun Food Shack booths. Designed to be a lively and engaging space, the Fun Zone is an ideal addition to family company picnics, like the one we organized for 250 attendees and their families at the Hilton Foundation event.
