We had the privilege of being the company picnic planners for Eaton Aerospace in Los Angeles for the second year in a row. Last year, their picnic was held in their parking lot. This year, we moved the event to Brookside Park in Pasadena for a change of scenery. It was a day filled with socially dynamic, interactive entertainment and our award-winning onsite BBQ catering.  Here's a highlight video from the event.

Placing the tables and chairs at the heart of the picnic and organizing other event zones around them allowed us to optimize venue space and maintain a comfortable distance, ensuring everyone felt included in the festivities.

It's not just games; it's an interactive team-building experience like no other, complete with a custom stage, prize tables, surround sound, and unique games—many of which we created ourselves. The Sports Zone: Baseball, Basketball, Football & Soccer at Brookside Park

​When we plan a company picnic, we customize it to the age, demographic, venue, and number of attendees for maximum engagement and excitement. Our Sports Zone is tailored uniquely for every event because each company picnic is different. With one of the largest inventories of sports challenges, we offer versatility in creating a custom company picnic plan for our customers. For the Eaton Aerospace event, we brought our 3-in-1 Sports Center, which offers baseball pitching, soccer kicking, and football toss. Additionally, we brought the Dual Basketball Challenge, featuring two exciting basketball hoops with a unique scoring system that can be played solo, in pairs, or in teams.

Making Memories with the Dunk Tank!

Dunk tanks always provide a refreshing activity at company picnics, and ours is among the best. It features a see-through window into the tank, custom graphics with digitally printed wraps, backdrops, and matching tables—a complete package that enhances its attractive appearance.

The Fun Zone: Caricature Artists & Air Brush Tattoos

Our Fun Zone provides memorable and tangible entertainment for all ages with our custom booths labeled "Fun Shack." Each event zone is designed to have a cohesive appearance, combining attractiveness with functionality at the picnic. Attendees can navigate the event effortlessly as our custom booths clearly guide them to food and fun areas. For the Eaton picnic, we opted for caricature artists and airbrush tattoos, ensuring enough activities for 300 people within the allotted time frame without long waits.

Fun Foods for the Fun Zone

In the Fun Zone, we featured our Fun Food Shack, offering freshly popped popcorn, spun cotton candy, and shaved ice with assorted flavors. These fun snacks provided guests with a sweet treat at the company picnic, maintaining the cohesive theme of our other booths in the Fun Zone.

Our Fun Foods Shack offers guests a convenient way to grab sweet or salty treats during the event. Many of the activities require energy, and this is our way of ensuring that everyone has a great experience at the event.

Award-Winning Onsite Catering

All our company picnic catering is expertly prepared onsite in our custom kitchen, overseen by our head chef who has been crafting our recipes since 1991. For the Eaton company picnic, they selected from our menu which featured low and slow smoked brisket, open flame grilled BBQ chicken, pineapple coleslaw, 3 bean BBQ baked beans, and fresh cut fruit salad.

Professional & Functional Food Service

All of our company picnic catering is served in our custom food booths, ensuring a professional and functional appearance at the event.  We easily served 300 people in 30 minutes leaving more time for fun and field games.

All-Beef Hot Dogs & Deluxe Condiment Station

In addition to the delicious BBQ menu above, we also offered our Hot Dog Shack serving 100% all-beef dogs (including vegan options) for guests. The Hot Dog Shack remains open even after the buffet closes, ensuring guests can grab a protein snack while enjoying high-energy games and activities. While lunch service typically lasts two hours, the Hot Dog Shack and Fun Foods are available throughout the event.

The Hot Dog Shack includes a deluxe condiment station where guests can customize their dogs with options like ketchup, mustard, onions, relish, and cheese.

Cold Beverage Stations

Our cold beverage stations are strategically placed throughout the event venue to ensure guests can easily access drinks. With plenty of high-energy games happening during this summer company picnic, keeping everyone hydrated is a top priority.

The Most Comfortable Table & Chair Kit in the Event Industry!

One of the unique aspects of our company is that we own our inventory, and with over 40 years of experience, we have mastered the art of creating engaging, dynamic setups that are both functional and comfortable, crucial for events like this June corporate picnic in Pasadena, California.

We provide 9ft market umbrellas at each table and strategically layout the tables to maximize shade and traffic flow. Our 60-inch round tables comfortably seat up to 8 people with our deluxe folding chairs.
