We provided full-service company picnic planning for AEG Worldwide’s employee Summer Camp event at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California. Designed as an employee appreciation event for staff and their families, the day brought together field games, rides, and interactive activities in a way that kept people moving, participating, and actually spending time together.

Everything was handled as an all-inclusive package, combining entertainment, equipment, and on-site coordination into one streamlined production. With a large crowd on-site, the focus stayed on keeping activities accessible, reducing wait times, and making sure every part of the event stayed active from start to finish.

For this event, we were tasked with organizing a summer company picnic for over 1,000 employees and their families. Named CAMP AEG, this employee appreciation event turned into a summer camp-style experience featuring catering, team-building field games, rides, and activities for all ages.

The setup was designed to keep guests moving between activities without long waits, with multiple areas running at the same time. The result was a day that stayed active from start to finish, giving employees and their families space to participate, relax, and spend time together at Camp AEG in summer 2024.
