Community Health Fair Event Planner for Greater Metro Los Angeles YMCA Health Kids Day

We are honored to be the community health fair planner partnering with the Greater Metro Los Angeles YMCA for their Healthy Kids Day at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The 2024 Day of Play Healthy Kids Day took place on Sunday, April 21, 2024. Thousands of local Los Angeles kids and their families came out for a day of physical fitness fun. Parents received helpful resources about health programs in the community, as well as goodie bags from the different sponsors and vendors at the event. We provided an all-inclusive health fair event planning package tailored to the age and demographics of the group, offering entertainment, rentals, satellite sound, beverage stations, and much more.
