For this event, we transformed a business parking lot into an interactive team-building event, complete with interactive activities and a catered dinner for Fluor employees. From fun games like mini golf, cornhole, and a dunk tank to a delicious BBQ menu, we created a relaxed, yet energizing atmosphere that encouraged teamwork and boosted morale. All tables, chairs, and equipment were included in our all-inclusive package, providing a seamless and memorable experience right in their own parking lot. We had the privilege of putting together a very affordable company picnic package at El Dorado Park in Long Beach for WATG that included our award-winning onsite catering with Angus burgers and all-beef hot dogs, team-building field games led by our high-energy game leader, and fun activities like a bounce house for the kids, along with cornhole and ping pong for the adults. Guests were greeted at our custom Welcome Zone with goodie bags, setting the stage for an interactive and enjoyable day. We planned a company picnic for VFS Fire & Security at Big League Dreams in Chino Hills, centered around Team-Building Olympic competitions. The event brought together 300 employees, who were divided into teams and competed in various Olympic-style games designed to strengthen team dynamics, improve work relationships, and enhance communication and collaboration skills. From archery and soccer penalty kicks to an intense cup stack competition, each station was crafted to foster collaboration and highlight the strengths of every participant while providing insights into areas for improvement—all in a fun day of interactive experiences. As an approved school event vendor, we were tasked with transforming the gym at Rowland High into an interactive play zone for 300 students to celebrate Back to School Night. The event featured our Safari Challenge, a dual-lane inflatable obstacle course with crawl-through tunnels, pop-ups, squeeze plays, climbing walls, and a double bay slide for increased throughput and fun. The entertainment options were perfectly suited for the high school age group, ensuring a night of immersive and interactive excitement for all. We crafted an unforgettable company picnic at Don Knabe Park for for Knighted Venture, complete with a mix of high-energy field games, an exciting obstacle course, and a bouncer for the kids. Our interactive social lounge offered relaxed games like jumbo Jenga and shuffleboard, while our economy catering package delivered crowd-pleasing meals with 100% beef hot dogs, Angus burgers, and a fresh taco station, ensuring something for everyone. We turned ESL Power Systems' business parking lot in Corona into a vibrant carnival-style company picnic, hosting 200 attendees, including employees and their families. The event featured a mix of delicious food, engaging carnival and field games, sports attractions, and fun activities like face painting and balloon twisting. Our all-inclusive package ensured a memorable and affordable experience, with everything from comfortable seating to entertainment all within their parking lot. For the Kids Olympics at Hillcrest Country Club in Los Angeles, we brought our Olympic Field Games Package to life. The day was filled with high-energy competitions, including custom sports and field games tailored to the venue and age group. Our vibrant, comical host led the events, ensuring the kids had an unforgettable experience. The Olympic field game package included a custom backdrop, a 3-tiered rostrum, and a prize station for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal winners. To keep everything running smoothly, we used safety flagging, surround sound, and a wireless mic to ensure every moment was heard and celebrated by all. At BreaFest 2024 in Brea, California, we brought our award-winning BBQ catering and introduced our eye-catching carnival funnel cakes booth, serving fresh-made funnel cakes topped with powdered sugar and strawberries. We also featured our Fresh Fire-Roasted Corn, complete with a condiment bar offering classic toppings like butter, salt & pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, and tangy red chili powder. We laid out a huge spread of entertainment, including MEGA High Roller Casino games, a waterpark, table games, yard games, arcade games, and our exclusive field day games. For this community event, we brought some exciting attractions that catered to a diverse range of ages so that we could accommodate everyone. We set up what we like to call our Family Fun Zone. In this zone, we had our massive Rocky Island climbing wall and slide attraction, our Ferris Wheel play place, and the Pacific Combo, an ocean-themed play center for kids with a double bay slide for extra thrills. Our Funnel Cakes booth stole the show, serving fresh, hot funnel cakes topped with strawberries and powdered sugar. The booth was a magnificent centerpiece at the event, tying everything together with the food trucks and offering our gourmet funnel cakes as a dessert option. We had the privilege of planning several employee appreciation picnics for the Manheim Auto Show, hosted indoors in their warehouses. For this event in Anaheim, we transformed the warehouse into a High Roller Casino Experience, complete with BBQ catering, seating, sports, and other adult picnic activities for a day of unforgettable fun and excitement for their employees. Whenever the MEGA High Roller Casino comes in, it always results in a socially explosive, interactive time that creates lasting lifetime memories for attendees. We had the privilege of organizing a team building luncheon with a carnival-theme at The MET in Costa Mesa for McCarthy Cook, hosting over 700 people. We set up traditional carnival games alongside modern adult games to create a socially dynamic, interactive atmosphere for the adults. In addition to the entertainment, their all-inclusive team building luncheon package featured our catering with a delicious menu including our award-winning Tri-Tip and renowned pulled BBQ chicken sliders. Vegan options such as savory stuffed bell peppers and vegan dogs, alongside sides like three-bean BBQ baked beans and fresh-cut mixed green salad, were also enjoyed, all prepared onsite in our state-of-the-art pop-up kitchen. Surround sound, decor, tables, chairs, tents, booths, and servers—all were included in the package, ensuring no detail was overlooked, and creating cherished moments that boosted morale and corporate culture. Each year, we're honored to bring the sports entertainment to the USSSA International World Series Opening Ceremonies at Big League Dreams Ballpark in Perris, California. At Big League Dreams, we created an exciting "Sports Zone" filled with high-energy activities from a variety of sports for the youth to enjoy together. These games came together to create an atmosphere that boosted morale, promoted good sportsmanship, and helped build relationships. We were honored to provide our company picnic planning services to AEG Worldwide for their Employee Summer Camp at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California. This employee appreciation event featured our exclusive field games package, rides, and various activities, creating a day of interactive, socially dynamic fun in the sun for all who attended. The event not only boosted employee morale but also forged robust team dynamics, empowering participants to return as a united force, ready to conquer challenges together. We were honored to work with the Kaiser Permanente Oncology Department in Anaheim, California plan a Summer Carnival, celebrating the children who have triumphed over cancer. We provided an all-inclusive carnival package, complete with traditional wood carnival booths and fun foods.
