On Thursday, May 15, we handled corporate luncheon catering for 100 SEIU members at Civic Center Plaza in Santa Ana. Organized during contract negotiations, this mid-week event had a tight two-hour window—just enough time to deliver a full-service lunch that felt both fast and thoughtful. We brought in a compact setup built for outdoor efficiency: a tented taco bar with everything grilled onsite, a dedicated beverage station, and shaded outdoor seating dressed in SEIU’s signature purple linens. It was exactly the kind of event we’re known for—quick, organized, and packed with flavor.

When Grupo Chilero (Chef Merito Seasonings) asked us to produce their first-ever company picnic for 350 employees and their families, we delivered a full-service experience that brought together great food, interactive entertainment, and thoughtful planning. Hosted at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area, this event had everything: smoked tri-tip and grilled BBQ chicken served fresh on-site, a high-energy field day games zone, inflatable attractions for kids and adults, and plenty of shaded seating to keep guests comfortable all day long. As a primarily Spanish-speaking team of culinary professionals, this crowd knows flavor — so when they raved about the catering, we knew we hit the mark.
