​We had the absolute pleasure of coordinating with our esteemed client, Eisner Health, as their ​corporate event planner for a vibrant health, wellness, and benefits information fair in the picturesque setting of Brookside Park, Pasadena, California. Our dedicated team took charge of catering, event entertainment, and all the event rentals to ensure the health fair's success. This gathering was a dedicated effort by Eisner Health to empower their members with vital insights into their benefits and overall well-being. In addition to the informative sessions, the attendees were treated to an array of interactive activities, games, and spirited seasonal contests which included a Halloween costume display and pumpkin decorating. It was a day filled with fun, learning, and memorable moments for all involved.

Wellness & Annual Benefits Fair for Eisner Health at Brookside Park in Pasadena for 350+ Attendees 📋🏥🍏💪

This event took place at Brookside Park in Pasadena, hosting Eisner Health Members for a health and wellness fair. Attendees had the opportunity to gather important information about their annual benefits and overall health. To infuse the spirit of the fall season, we organized engaging Harvest-themed activities, including a pumpkin decorating contest and a costume contest.

Located just south of the renowned Rose Bowl Stadium, Brookside Park is Pasadena's largest fully maintained park, featuring mostly grassy areas, alongside convenient picnic tables set in the dirt area next to the green spaces.

The event was held on a relaxed Friday, running from 9 am to 4 pm, and featured a delectable assortment of lunch and fun foods. In addition to the culinary offerings, there was also an entertainment area with pool, ping pong, air hockey, mini golf, and cornhole, ensuring a day filled with both nourishment and delightful diversions.

A Warm Welcome & Guest Registration 🌟🤝

In order to guide guests from the parking lot to the event effortlessly, we set up a welcome & guest registration area, with colorful company signs and banners to draw them over. 

 Audio and Visual Support at the Health Fair 📺🎤

​We were honored to handle the audio and visual support for this dynamic health fair event. Throughout the day, expert speakers shared invaluable insights, presenting engaging talks on benefits and essential health and wellness information tailored specifically for the members. Our seamless audio and visual support ensured that every word was heard clearly, enhancing the overall experience for all attendees.

​We strategically positioned satellite speaker clusters across the event space, ensuring that announcements and ambient music seamlessly filled the venue with a harmonious and balanced sound, creating an immersive auditory experience for all attendees.

Premiere ​Corporate Catering at Brookside Park Health Fair Event🌮🌭🥗

​Our catering crew turned the event into a mouthwatering experience, with a sizzling Soft Taco Bar, juicy Angus Hamburgers, and flavor-packed All-Beef Hot Dogs. We didn't stop there; our menu was a playful carnival of culinary delight, featuring a delightful array of options, catering to a range of dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free choices. Our goal was to serve up smiles and scrumptious memories with a side of professionalism!

​All the food for this health fair was prepared right at the venue site and served fresh from our professional-looking tented food booths. We had custom signs and flags to help guests find their way to the different food, beverage and condiment stations.

Grilled Angus Burgers Served Fresh from Grill to Bun 🍔🥬🍅🧅🧀​ 

​Guests savored our grill-to-bun experience, featuring 100% Angus beef patties at a perfect 1/3 lb. Each serving was enhanced with the use of freshly sliced, crispy lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, all prepared onsite. Our premium, soft tailgater style buns, with their generous size and a hint of sesame seeds on top, added the perfect finishing touch to elevate their burger enjoyment.

​Side Dish Selection: A Mix of Fresh and Flavorful, Hot and Cold Delights 🥗🥔🍛

As for side dishes, our catering team whipped up our renowned 3-bean BBQ baked beans and our mouthwatering loaded homestyle potato salad. For those seeking a lighter, sweeter option, we also served up a delightful fresh cut fruit salad, all prepared onsite at the event to ensure that every plate remained fresh until the very last bite.

​Introducing our Soft Taco Station – a gourmet experience that awakens your senses with the tantalizing aroma of warm, freshly grilled corn tortillas wafting through the event air. A trifecta of delectable meat options includes succulent chicken, savory pork, and a vegetarian-friendly Soyrizo. Guests have the pleasure of customizing their tacos with an array of salsas, hot sauces, diced onions, fluffy rice, and flavorful refried pinto beans. Our Taco Bar is thoughtfully presented within a tastefully designed tented food booth, adorned with a custom "Taco Shack" wrap, guiding guests to where the mouthwatering Mexican food magic happens.

Cool Fun Food Shack Delights: Snow Cones & Ice Cream 🍧

​For an enticing array of carnival-style treats, we delighted guests with a refreshing shaved ice station featuring a variety of flavored syrups and a delectable selection of ice cream novelties. All of this culinary magic was served under our charming "Fun Food Shack" tented food booth, graced with custom signage, guiding our esteemed guests to this sweet haven of delights.

​Bringing People Together: Thoughtful Seating Arrangements 🪑🍽️🌞

At Brookside Park, we sought to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere by thoughtfully arranging our picnic table and chair sets, complete with stylish umbrellas, at the heart of the event. These picnic sets feature expansive 60-inch round tables, designed to promote socialization as guests face one another. Each table comfortably accommodated 8 people, creating a warm and sociable environment. The addition of 9-foot market umbrellas provided welcome shade for all to enjoy the outdoor setting. To ensure practicality, we chose vinyl table covers, which are windproof, waterproof, and easy to clean, making the dining experience hassle-free and enjoyable for everyone.

Outdoor Adult Entertainment at the Health Fair 🎱🏓🕳️🎯🏒⛳

​To cater to our adult guests' entertainment needs, we curated a designated space featuring an array of engaging activities, including pool, ping pong, cornhole, shuffleboard, air hockey, and mini golf. It was the perfect spot for our attendees to unwind and enjoy some lighthearted fun.

​Autumn Artistry: Pumpkin Carving Contest at the Fall Health Fair 🎃

There was an exciting pumpkin carving and decorating station, where our members engaged in a friendly competition to showcase their creativity and design the most imaginative jack-o'-lanterns, with fantastic prizes awaiting the most inspired creations.
