This is a corporate carnival company picnic for 1500 people in the parking lot of the Visa Headquarters in San Jose, California.  This event had a large spread of carnival games throughout their parking lot and for lunch, our mouth-watering bbq picnic catering. ​This staff picnic was for the employees and their families, we had a mix of adults and children of all ages at the event so we made sure to have a long boardwalk of carnival games and a diversified lunch menu with plenty of options for different dietary needs and preferences.

All the custom wrapped tents, booths, signs, flagging and additional catering essentials you see pictures are all inclusive with the catering pricing we give. This beautiful catering spread with all the decorated BBQ style tents, tables, flags and signs gave this corporate picnic a professional, picture perfect look.  There are so suprise charges or upcharges with us, what you see is what you get and we don't have time to nickel and dime you when we're busy trying to wine and dine your guests.

​For this company picnic the client went with a diversed menu that catered to different dietary prefernces and restrictions.  The menu consisted of all-beef hot dogs, vegan dogs, open-flame grilled chicken and a deluxe salad bar with lots of vegetables, toppings and dressing options.  

These choices catered to vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free diet restrictions.  While the beef and chicken options catered to the meat enthusiasts, we ensured that our salad bar and vegan dogs provided a delectable choice for those who prefer a meatless fare. As for side dishes, the client delighted their guests with our acclaimed 3-bean baked beans, a delectable, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly option.​

A Corporate Carnival Event in a Parking Lot

The vast parking lot for our corporate carnival event provided us with an abundance of space, allowing us to craft an impressive boardwalk of games that, when fully assembled, truly captivated the eye. The vibrant hues of the carnival booths, adorned with oversized hanging prizes, created a visual spectacle that left a lasting impression.

​We created a designated "Interactive Social Lounge," strategically positioned between the carnival games and dining tables, with a strong emphasis on adult-oriented table and yard games. What boardwalk would be complete without a Caricature artist? They provide live, memorable entertainment that captivates and engages attendees. Guests can watch as their colleagues or family members get transformed into amusing and exaggerated caricatures, which always leads to laughter and a lively atmosphere. Caricatures appeal to people of all ages, making them suitable for both children and adults.

Table & Chair Rentals For Outdoor Seating

For the outdoor seating in this parking lot we went with our commercial table & chair sets with the 9' market umbrellas for shade.  We thoughtfully crafted the layout for this corporate carnival event so that the dining tables would be centrally located between the buffet and the event entertainment which consisted of carnival games, yard games and table activities.

Much like the classic carnival midway experience, we lined the walkway with bistro tables covered in sleek black spandex covers, providing attendees with convenient spots to pause, mingle, and connect with one another. These inviting spots offered a place to set down personal items, regroup, and enjoy a drink or two in the company of colleagues within in this carnival atmosphere.
