This custom, all-inclusive event combined company picnic planning and health fair planning into one cohesive experience—right in the heart of Los Angeles County. Our team handled everything on the ground: from food and logistics to entertainment and health fair support. With our in-house catering team preparing fresh food onsite, and every zone, booth, table, chair, and sign coming from our own inventory, we delivered a streamlined, professionally executed day designed for engagement, education, and fun.

Given the size and layout of Whittier Narrows, having a dedicated area to welcome guests is essential. We placed branded A-frame directional signs leading from the main parking area to the registration booths, eliminating confusion and making the arrival experience smooth and stress-free.​

​The registration area itself was spacious and designed for high-volume flow. Our client chose to feature their own custom-wrapped tents, and while we typically provide our own sleek event tents, we were happy to accommodate their branding vision. We supplied white folding chairs and 6-foot tables, while the client added their personal touch with custom purple table covers.

​From signage to seating, this first touchpoint was an extension of the event’s overall structure—professional, functional, and designed with purpose. ​The vendor booth area featured 13 custom sponsor booths, each housed in a 10' x 10' tent with clean white tops, 8-foot tables, and white folding chairs to maintain a consistent and polished look. We wrapped each tent and table setup with custom printed signage, making every booth easy to locate and visually inviting. The layout allowed guests to explore the Health Fair area at their own pace, all while staying connected to the event’s main zones through open sight lines and nearby AV support for live presentations.

This area reinforced the union’s commitment to its members’ health and benefits while showcasing our ability to blend corporate picnic planning with meaningful wellness programming—especially at larger venues like Whittier Narrows in South El Monte.

​All inflatable play units were positioned for optimal flow and safety, surrounded by clear signage and placed in shaded areas when possible. The added safety measures—flagging, attendants, and regular safety checks—made sure the zone remained secure, keeping kids entertained and parents at ease.
