Every year, we have the privilege of organizing the Teamsters Local 1932 Union members' Christmas Party at their facility in San Bernardino, California. This year, we served a delicious late lunch/early dinner followed by some sweet treats. We went all out for the holiday party entertainment with our exclusive Santa's Village 2-in-1 Interactive Game Arena and social lounge arcade, featuring arcade & table games! ​Indoors & OUtdoor Christmas Party Festivities

The event occurred at the Local Teamsters 1932 building located in San Bernardino, California from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The festivities took place both indoors and outdoors, featuring an entertainment spread that extended across both areas. Outside, attendees enjoyed Christmas inflatables, while inside, we arranged an interactive social lounge with arcade and table games.

Christmas Party Catering, San Bernardino

For the late lunch/early dinner, our catering team presented a delightful spread featuring our renowned BBQ Chicken Sliders. These sliders, adorned with crispy onions and coleslaw, were served on soft slider rolls. Additionally, attendees savored a side of our newly introduced holiday menu item—honey-baked cinnamon ham. We included this as a special bonus bite for them to try out and add a delightful twist to the menu.

To satisfy sweet cravings, we treated guests to freshly made churros. The beverage bar featured a refreshing array, including freshly squeezed lemonade, sweet tea, and filtered water.

Meet our 30-foot inflatable snowman bouncer, affectionately known as the 'Dancing Snowman.' Equipped with speakers and festive music, as children bounce inside, it creates the enchanting illusion of the snowman dancing. A favorite at outdoor Christmas parties, this colossal snowman bouncer not only commands attention with its impressive stature but also seamlessly contributes to the overall winter theme of the event. Indoors, where the catered food was served, we arranged bistro tables for guests to enjoy their meals. Surrounding the dining area was an interactive game lounge featuring arcade games, table games, and even miniature golf. This space served as an excellent gathering point for attendees to mingle and connect. The games provided a delightful icebreaker, fostering interaction and socialization. We've observed that these social lounge areas at Christmas parties significantly enhance guest engagement, creating a welcoming space for everyone, including the more introverted, left-brain individuals, to have a great time.
