300 Union Members and Their Families Celebrate the Holidays at Their Headquarters in San Bernardino

We had the pleasure of planning a union holiday party in San Bernardino for Teamsters Local 1932, hosted at their own headquarters. Running from 2 pm to 7 pm across both the indoor hall and the outdoor grounds, the celebration brought together 300 union members and their families. Guests enjoyed a late lunch and early dinner spread from our catering team, followed by winter-themed entertainment including Santa's Village, a two-game interactive inflatable, and a 30-foot Dancing Snowman bouncer outside.

The catering service was set up indoors in the office area, where we also arranged tables for dining and socializing throughout the afternoon. The spread centered on our BBQ chicken sliders, topped with crispy onions and coleslaw on soft slider rolls, alongside our newly introduced holiday menu item, honey-baked cinnamon ham. Guests finished the meal with freshly made churros, and the beverage bar kept everyone refreshed with fresh-squeezed lemonade, sweet tea, and filtered water.​

Arcade and Table Games for the Indoor Social Lounge

Indoors, where the catered food was served, we set up bistro tables so guests could enjoy their meals surrounded by the party. Just steps away, an interactive game lounge featured arcade games, table games, and even miniature golf for guests to enjoy between bites. This space became a natural gathering point for attendees to mingle and connect, with the games acting as an easy icebreaker throughout the afternoon. We've found that social lounge areas like this bring out even the quieter guests at Christmas parties, creating a welcoming space for everyone to relax and have a great time.

Outdoor Christmas Party Space in their Parking Lot Area

Outside, their parking lot and plaza area filled with vendor booths and sponsor tents for the celebration. Branded Teamsters Local 1932 tents lined the walkway alongside sponsor and vendor setups, with a beverage bar keeping guests refreshed throughout the afternoon. The union's own signage and building entrance framed the outdoor space, giving it a personal, on-site feel true to their own facility. Christmas and winter themed attractions and a photo booth with Santa rounded out the space, setting the scene for a full holiday party atmosphere outdoors

Kids and Families Take a Stroll Through Santa's Village

Out in their parking lot, we set up our very own creation, Santa's Village, a 30 x 30 inflatable housing two interactive Christmas games. Santa's Toy Workshop challenges players to react fast, hitting red or blue lights to build toys for their team's color. Santa's Playground turns guests loose throwing snowballs at elves for a lighthearted twist on a classic game. Positioned near the union's own building entrance, Santa's Village became one of the most visited attractions of the celebration.

Our custom photo booth with Santa sat at the entrance to Santa's Village, with a red carpet leading guests up to a hand-painted North Pole scene. Each photo printed instantly, giving families something to take home and keep long after the party ended. Kids climbed up for a quick word with Santa before running off to play, while parents snapped their own photos on the way past.

Guests Greeted by the 30-Foot Dancing Snowman

Right at the building entrance, under the Teamsters Local 1932 sign, we set up our 30-foot Dancing Snowman bounce house. Speakers built into the unit play music while kids bounce inside, and the motion makes the whole snowman look like it's dancing along with them. Guests walked past it coming in and out of the building all afternoon, making it one of the first things everyone saw at the celebration.​
