Brea Fest is a community fundrasier to support local art programs in Brea, California. The City of Brea puts on this spectacular street fair at the Brea Cultural Center with a spread of delicious foods and fun-filled entertainment for families to enjoy together while raising money for a local cause. We were invited to bring 4 of our most tasty dishes from our corporate BBQ catering menu to serve to the community in our custom food vendor tents. We also provided the tables, chairs, linens and custom printed signs for the event. The money raised for this event goes towards supporting Brea's community art programs. The younger members of the community can revel in 'Kidsville,' where they can indulge in activities like face painting, balloon animals, creative arts & crafts, a lively bounce house, and specially crafted kid-friendly food offerings. Loaded 4-Cheese Baked Mac & Cheese with Bacon and Crunchy Onion ToppingBooth #1: This delicious side dish from our corporate bbq catering menu combines several rich and savory flavors together like a symphony for the tastebuds. The macaroni and cheese base, featuring four different cheeses, provides a rich and creamy texture with a combination of mild and sharp flavors from the cheeses used. The addition of bacon brings a smoky and salty element to the dish, complementing the richness of the cheese. The crunchy onions on top provide a contrasting texture with a hint of sweetness. They add a satisfying crunch and a touch of caramelized flavor to each bite. BBQ Chicken Sliders with Crunchy Coleslaw & OnionsBooth #2: Our BBQ chicken sliders feature tender and flavorful shredded chicken that's been coated in our own secret tangy barbecue sauce. This has become one of our most popular BBQ catering sandwiches that we offer. The secret bbq sauce provides a balance of sweetness, smokiness, and a hint of acidity that complements the tender, juiciness of the chicken. The addition of crunchy coleslaw adds a refreshing and crispy element to the sliders. The contrast between the creamy coleslaw and the savory chicken can create a pleasant harmony of flavors. The onions add a touch of sharpness and extra crunch to the sliders, enhancing the overall texture and flavor profile. Fresh Roasted Corn on the Cob & Elotes BarBooth #3: Fresh Roasted Corn on the Cob with an Elotes Condiment Bar (butter, parmesean cheese, hot sauce and red chili powder). Our fresh roasted corn on the cob is a classic and beloved side dish that we offer on our corporate bbq catering menu. Our roasting process enhances the natural sweetness of the corn while also imparting a slightly smoky and charred flavor. With our fresh roasted corn on the cob we have a full condiment bar with parmesean cheese, chili powder and hot sauce for those desiring some elotes. Churros with Strawberries & Powdered SugarBooth #4: Freshly Made 4-inch Churros with Strawberrries & Powdered Sugar. Our funnel cakes with strawberries and powdered sugar offer a combination of textures, flavors, and visuals that make it one of our most popular fun food booth options. We make our funnel cakes fresh, right when they're ordered, pouring the batter through a funnel into hot oil, creating a latticework of crispy, golden-brown strands that results in a wonderful contrast between the crunchy exterior and the tender interior. The vibrant red color of the strawberries against the white powdered sugar and golden-brown funnel cake creates an appealing and appetizing visual contrast. Tents for Vendor Booths & Activity StationsOutdoor Event SeatingWe provided the outdoor seating, with 60-inch round tables that seated 8 people each. The table linen colors were chosen by the client, they wanted all the colors of the event to tie together since it was to raise money for local art programs. Live Music & EntertainmentBrea Corporate Event PlannerWe are a corporate event planner with one of the largest inventories of event entertainment and rentals in the country. We have an in-house catering team with chef and sous chef on staff. There's no event too big or too small. We have the team and the equipment to bring you the very best in corporate event planning services that Brea has to offer. We've been servicing the City of Brea and the Brea Parks and Recreations department for over 15 years.
