Step into the heart of Upland, California, where a private Christian school's Fall Harvest Festival transformed its parking lot into a lively celebration. From noon until 8 pm, we took charge of all the event essentials, including mouthwatering BBQ food, cold beverages, thrilling attractions, and fun activities. Kids of all ages, from preschoolers to high schoolers, found entertainment tailored just for them. Plus, we added a special touch with our exclusive Harvest Fun Fact Scavenger Hunt, a unique adventure we created ourselves. It was a day filled with smiles and memories for everyone. Harvest Fall Festival Feasting: Where Delicious Delights Abounded!Our catering team served up some seriously tasty Pulled Chicken BBQ Sliders. They're loaded with coleslaw for that sweet and tangy kick, plus crunchy onions for that extra oomph. We also dished out our famous 3-Bean BBQ Baked Beans to go with it. And we didn't stop there – we had some fun foods on the menu, like funnel cakes topped with strawberries and powdered sugar, and shaved ice with a bunch of flavor choices. Thirsty? No worries! Our cold beverage station had freshly squeezed lemonade, sweet tea, and good old cold water to keep you hydrated. It was a tasty adventure that had something for everyone. You can see that we spread out the entertainment and food in a way that allowed a safe, funtional flow of traffic for the attendees. Among the offerings, we proudly introduced our exclusive "Harvest Fun Fact Scavenger Hunt," a unique and educational attraction we designed in-house, specifically for events like the Fall Harvest Festival.
