Summer Company Picnic for 2,500 People in Chino HIlls, California

This summertime company picnic for 2,500 people took place at the Big League Dreams facility in Chino Hills, California in June. We provided all the interactive entertainment activities for this large, diversified group of adults and children. 

Company Picnic Seating

We provided table kits that included 60-inch round tables, market style umbrellas for shade, comfortable folding chairs and windproof vinyl tablecloths.  The round tables were placed throughout the event so there was always a comfortable place to sit in the shade for the guests walking back and forth through the different activities in the event.   There was never an inch of ground that didn't have something to do or somewhere to sit.
